We had an unexpected issue arise when our kitchen counters guy was working the day prior, when we discovered our dishwasher was not installed correctly to code and that our angle stop shutoffs under the sink were not functional. The young man Iverson sent to us was only here for a couple of hours and very efficiently reconfigured our drain, installed a code complaint air gap for our dishwasher, replaced our angle stops, and reinstalled our garbage disposal without any further issues. The other company had me waiting for more than a month. My primary point of contact for this job was Jeremy. He was actually another reason that I went with Super Bros, as I never felt like he was trying to upsell anything or push me into doing something I didn't want or need. He was clear about where there were options and where he has seen challenges from a project like mine in the past. His experience and demeanor were what locked it in for me.
