What I didn't know was there would be a $40 annual fee and if I didn't pay it, they just take it out of my IRA! I was upset by this fee as Fidelity never charges this sort of fee! I had the money transferred back to Fidelity and Edward Jones charged me the $40 annual fee, even though it wasn't due yet and also a $95 account closing fee! When I called to discuss the fees the admin person said I could call back tomorrow between noon and 3 to talk to the new Financial Advisor and didn't even offer to take a message. She also said there probably wouldn't be anything the new Financial Advisor would be able to do for me! These fees are ridiculous! I will never use or recommend Edward Jones to anyone!
