If you are busy individual and do not answer your emails right away and they have to send you more than one they will charge you for their time as an extra cost. When I switched from them, I paid a quarter of what they were charging me to get my taxes done. Not only do they take months and months and months to get an individuals taxes done but they also charge five times more than anyone else. They do not know what Customer Service is nor do they care to even be nice. If you want severely overpriced, and have it take four months or more to get your taxes done and an incredibly rude tax service, this is the place for you.
