The staff member who assisted me brought me into her office and we went over my information. At the end of the appointment, I understood that I owed taxes, which was fine. no point during the process were the service fees explained to me. As a first-time filer, I was not expecting to pay $270 upfront for that day's assistance. I believe there should have been clearer communication regarding pricing before completing the service. Greater transparency about fees would have helped me make a more informed decision.

If you are busy individual and do not answer your emails right away and they have to send you more than one they will charge you for their time as an extra cost. When I switched from them, I paid a quarter of what they were charging me to get my taxes done. Not only do they take months and months and months to get an individuals taxes done but they also charge five times more than anyone else. They do not know what Customer Service is nor do they care to even be nice. If you want severely overpriced, and have it take four months or more to get your taxes done and an incredibly rude tax service, this is the place for you. I called multiple times, and at first, the owner, Érica, told me that Jesús was out but would be back in July. When I called again in July, she said she didn't know when he'd be back--which is ridiculous coming from the owner herself. I called again a few days ago, and this time someone else told me Jesús won't be back until next January, during tax season. They took my number and promised a callback, which of course never happened. The lack of professionalism and responsibility is unbelievable. There's no communication, no follow-up, and clearly, they don't care about their clients once they've been paid. I do not recommend this place if you're looking to be taken seriously and treated with respect as a client. If you value your time and want reliable, professional service--look elsewhere
