I only say this based on my perspective. The register has a sign that states they charge for additional cups. This just didn't make sense because some parents tend to grab an extra empty cup to give their kids smaller portions of ice cream. Probably will just get sugar cone or ice cream in the cup next time. Service was good and staffs were nice.
