The only can I took out of the cooler was the one I took to the counter. I turned some around so to see why they were but they never left the cooler. The way that she accused and harassed me was completely uncalled for and i felt profiled 100%. There are no words to explain the anger, the anguish that I feel right now. I have no doubt this can be considered profiling , the harassment and humility she port looks a lot like discrimination. There will be charges filed against this individual and if need me lawsuits against her and the store.

The reason for my review is a particular representative, the store manager, Michael C. He was extremely knowledgable about in store, online and what could only be done corporately. He spoke to everyone who walked in the store. He told us about bundled accessory deals, pros and cons to phones, and was helpful to his coworker as he multitasked. While we were waiting, he showed my Husband features in his android watch. Michael was just extremely pleasant to work with. He has and showed us the new and cool flip phone too- very tempting. We went in without an appointment and only had a wait a few minutes for what I would say is probably one of the best customer service experiences with AT&T ever!! The manager, George Rodriguez, was able to set us up with new phones and new plans, while multitasking and single-handedly managing and running the entire store on his own. Coincidentally, I had the benefit of George's assistance at the AT&T South Omaha store only a half a year ago and recall his excellent service there too! The store is neat, clean, offers of variety of products in a comfortable atmosphere. Everything offered is a solid value. Free Wi-Fi is also available while you wait. Highly recommend this store over any Apple Store experience.

The young man helped me identify that when I upgraded our company cell phones, there was an ipad that was not bundled correctly. It stemmed back over a year period and my accountant just brought it to my attention. After spending over 5 hours on the telephone with their retention department, I have not received an acceptable resolution or proper communication. I also called their Fraud line twice, leaving voicemails(goes straight to a message prompt). They indicate that they will call back in 1 business day. Never received a call back. I stopped by the Beverly Hills Plaza again today. The young lady tried to look up some of the info in question. She indicated that she did not have the means to see all the notes on the account. I had asked for a manager immediately when I walked in. After trying her best to help, she went to get her manager. I was greeted abruptly by a young lady that put her hands in her front pockets, did not introduce herself and started our conversation by saying there was nothing she could do. I asked her to call the proper department with me there, so we could try to get resolution. She repeated that there was nothing at the store level they could do. I asked if she was really the manager of the store. She abruptly asked me to leave her store and walked in the back. I thanked the young lady that tried to help me and left. I am a business owner and we have used ATT for our business cell phones for years. I truly hope this is not how you train your store managers to help your business customers or any of your ATT customers.

I signed up for service only online, got charged for activation, & the next day I called to reverse my order. I called & tried to cancel, sat on hold for hours, was hung up on, & called again & again numerous times. I was charged for a month - no phones, no service rendered. I requested full refund & only got a partial, despite NO service whatsoever. After 3 months, I give up as I know I'll never get my refund. I would never, ever consider using T-Mobile!!!

He warned me that the iOS had to be updated to 15.1 before the new chip could be installed, and that process was time consuming and often difficult - - he was sure right about that. But I managed to get the updates eventually and came in the next day to get the new chip. Sherrelle installed it quickly, AND resolved a Boost Mobile billing issue in the process, AND helped me buy a new screen protector, AND even replaced it for me! My wife switched to Boost and had great service here at 4 Real Wireless also. This location is clear across town for us but worth it.
