Very professional people, all their services were very clear and delivered as promised. We were treated to an awesome presentation that showcased their work and we received the exact same quality in our videos. For those new to this process, this is very important. Most videographers will only show you their best work or a select few videos, which is not necessarily indicative of the quality of every video they will make. With iFlown, however, they give you full access to some previous shoots that showcases their work as a whole. If you still have any doubts, just ask to see their videos. They improve the quality of the videos which make it really worth watching every chance I get, unlike a lot of other videographers. The care and love they put into each clips will show when you receive your final video. Kiko is an artist, not just a guy with a camera, and this in itself is priceless. You will be hiring not just him, but also his creative vision. You can't say this with every videographers.
On our big day, Kiko and his team arrived earlier than expected and immediately began taking videos. We were extremely impressed with his work ethic- he loves his work and it shows. Very easy to work with, accommodating, kindhearted, and made us and our families feel comfortable in front of the camera. Even when our wedding was running a little behind schedule, that did not deter him. Not once did he hurry us or make us feel in any way that it would be a problem. We trusted him on our big day to give us a film that we'll watch until we get old and he even used the song that we wanted, and more. He even stayed later than he had to, and took additional videos for us. To top it all off, he was kind enough to insist and lend us some taxi money so that my husband and I, who did not have our wallets on us, would not have to walk back to our hotel (my feet were killing me by this time, so this was so very much appreciated). I should also mention that we had a slight scare prior to our ceremony, when our officiant was 5 minutes late, and Kiko handled this like a pro. He was the voice of reason and suggested a back up plan, like city hall. Luckily, we did not have to resort to this, but it shows that he is up for anything and everything. He always exhibited such positive exuberance and he was a total pro on our wedding day, changing out camera gears with swiftness and complete expertise. We even apologized for running late on our wedding day, and his response was that these things happen and you can't plan for it. In essence, he was so understanding, kind, and always willing to roll with the punches. In addition, all of our videos were taken with the correct exposure and also edited very well in terms of color, contrast, vibrance, brightness, etc, which definitely can not be said of to all videographers! Please trust me when I say that you will want the best for your wedding day and also your receptions, because they only happen once in a lifetime. Don't make the mistake of going with a videographer who may not hold themselves to the same work ethics, professionalism, and high standards as iFlown. We wish every videographer held themselves to such high standards and relished themselves in their work.
iFlown deserves the highest of recommendations. They gave us an absolute stellar deal for our wedding day and we would do it over with them if we could. They are simply the best! I am particular about who I give high accolades to in terms of videography, and I can't stress how much praise these guys deserve.
