She painted a complete picture of what we should expect with a public (probably hectic) venue, and through her videos and online resources I felt like I would be in great hands with her shepherding us through the day. From the very first communication, she was responsive and detailed. Every part of the booking process and the pre-wedding prep was a breeze. She provided links to resource guides on every topic and question I could possibly think of, so I felt completely prepared on what to expect and how to maximize my experience. On the wedding day, she put us at ease instantly. In general, I tend to feel awkward and stiff in front of the camera, but Zoe's positive energy and clear direction created an environment where I genuinely enjoyed the entire photo session (truly a first!). It also felt like a celebration of the elements that are unique to the two of us as a couple - in hearing that we're dancers and when we started dancing a little in front of the camera, she immediately encouraged us to lean into that direction. Zoe brought out a fun range of emotions in our photos - some silly, some tender, some sophisticated. With having such an intimate, quick city hall ceremony, the photo session basically is the entirety of the wedding day - I'm so thankful to Zoe that it was a fun and joyful experience. I'm thrilled with the finished gallery - the choice of locations within the building was really well curated to find gorgeous lighting and interesting details. There's a great range of poses/location/vibe in the final photo selections, and flipping through the gallery feels like I'm reliving a magical day all over again. My medium-sized wedding was in Tilden Regional Park and I strongly desired capturing two things: (1) nature as a backdrop for photos of my husband and me and (2) the guests having a great time. I was really impressed with how well Jennifer did on both of these. She suggested great spots for the posed shots and I'm pleased with how striking the tall trees and greenery looks photos. She also got a lot of hard to capture shots of everyone dancing, laughing, and generally having a wonderful time at the reception. Lastly, she was also punctual, organized, easy to communicate with, and non-intrusive. Highly recommend.

Over the past Saturday, me & my (now) husband had a 220-person wedding in Ross, CA. Prior this happening, we had a traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony in Fremont & San Francisco (this was a 14+hour day!). Regardless of the location or the time spent, she was always positive, prepped (by scouting out our locations in advance) and always early. Because of this, she was able to capture our best angles & in the best places. I've never felt so naturally beautiful (I'm very tom-boyish). Throughout the entire day (and even prior), she was always very responsive & professional. I was very stressed by my other vendors but Christina was by far, the easiest person to work with, and eventually felt like a friend. Due to our compact schedule, I wasn't able to see any people or decorations from our wedding, but somehow, Christina was able to capture all our guests best moments & all the details. She had good things to say about them. My SIL's friend also used OPOWS, so I figured that if a few of my mutual connections have used this vendor, then I should work with them as well. Since I didn't have a wedding planner, going with a one-stop shop wedding services package was definitely a big help. It made my wedding execution seamless! I reached out to OPOWs about a year before my wedding date. Aggie is the main person who runs OPOWS. Aggie was super responsive with our conversations. She informed me about the wedding service package options. I decided to go with the Plus Package option which includes: photographer, videographer, wedding dresses (which I didn't use), Emcee, DJ (I gave the DJ our custom playlist since my husband and I wanted to pick our songs), hair and make-up artist, reception decorations, and chair covers. We scheduled to meet a few times before my wedding. Aggie was super helpful with providing recommendations and tips. I could tell that she really cares about her clients and wants to leave a good impression. Nearing my wedding date, she provided me with a run down schedule so that I could coordinate with her team and the external vendors that she partnered with. We made sure that my wedding day itinerary made sense. On the day of my wedding, I met most of my vendors in person. I was definitely stressed out because I always have this fear that something will go wrong. But to my surprise, all of my vendors did an excellent job on my wedding day. I could tell that they really enjoyed their job and tried to help me make the most out of my wedding day. Throughout the wedding and after the wedding, I received so many compliments from my guests in regards to the wedding decorations, the vendors we used, and etc. I made sure to advertise OPOWS to my guests in case they want to work with a one-stop shop vendor haha. Thank you again Aggie and team! My wedding day was very memorable and filled with happy memories! NOTE: If you're Chinese and can speak some Cantonese, this would make communicating a lot easier. We paid extra for our photographer (Tang) and my MUA (Hera) was amazing. Hera was my main point of contact regarding any upgrades, questions, or changes to our package. While Hera was on vacation, I worked with Aggie to discuss and finalize the decorations of the venue. I picked out my potential dresses months in advance and Hera put them on hold for me as another bride was interested in one of the dresses I picked out. The MC and DJ were assigned a month before the actual wedding to discuss a song list and anything the MC needed to confirm and know in advance. Our MC was Jason and he was very lively and made the night more fun with his enthusiasm. The entire team was very patient and worked with me throughout the whole planning process as I had many questions and requests. I'm really glad I booked OPO because I didn't need to deal with additional vendors and could focus on what I really wanted for my wedding that OPO didn't cover. We opted for their highest/most expensive package since it seemed worth it - and we were right! The whole team, Sway, Sean (lead videographer) and Camille (lead photographer) are very responsive from the start all the way to the end. Sean, Camille and their associates arrived on time, they were professional and worked seamlessly with all our other vendors. The crazy part is, I didn't notice where they were at all during the ceremony and reception, but they were able to capture all the special parts, big or small, in a candid way that really captured how we felt during those moments! We also highlighted early on that our parents and our dog are very important to us, and it showed on our final photos and videos! They delivered the photos and videos earlier than promised and are very accommodating with all the edit requests we had! For the photos, they already edited almost everything we would've chosen ourselves, we only had to ask for around 15 more edits just to capture a bit more and we are very happy with the results! Camille nailed our portraits shots too! And the team handled the colors and edits of those shots so perfectly, there's really nothing much to ask for. Their video portfolio is the main reason we chose them; their style is exactly what we wanted and they didn't disappoint!
