I came right in and was seated for pedicure. The water temp was way too hot and the lady just turned it on and walked away without checking. They guy doing my nails cut me with the nail file and I was bleeding everywhere and he did not even acknowledge me. As I sat there, people used the same chairs and spa baths and I never saw anything sanitized in the 90 minutes I was there. I went to the front and they only take cash. They have a credit card strip on the front door which means they take credit cards. They have two pieces of paper standing up on the front desk staring they only take cash and I did not see that coming in since it is not close to the place you walk in. Love this place. Also, they are open earlier than any salon on Sunday in the area. I came in for a mani pedi today. Everything was perfect. My only complaint was that I had 2 different people do my pedicure. A girl cleaned them then a guy, manager maybe?, painted them. It was super slow so I know she wasn't needed elsewhere. So after that I felt like I had to tip 3 people to be fair. So 3 tips total and I tip 20% if you do a good job which they did. I only gave the Nail paint guy a few dollars tho but the other 2 girls got 20%. No wonder I don't go often $$$ read more

I use to love this place by far was best in service however I went the day I was closing on my house and I let them know I was in a hurry but sometimes perfection takes time so I left without getting polished, No biggie right! So I come back that Sunday the closing was on a Friday and one of my nails broken a little for some reason The owner blamed it on the fact that I didn't have polish and charged me $6 to fix one nail and I have spent hundreds here I was so appalled because it hadn't even been two full days and Quality does not depend on polish to support it so that was bs so after thinking I found my nail home for over a year it sadly came to an End I will never return or recommend this place!! read more

First time there today! It's a clean & inviting shop, a pleasant atmosphere with pleasant people! They are very accommodating & friendly. They asked me right away if I wanted anything to drink. They offer wine, mimosas, water & soda as far as I know. They may offer more selections. I visited right at opening time which is 9am. There were many nail technicians available. I have been to shops that advertise the time they open & patrons beat them to the shop, which disturbs me deeply. If a specific time is advertised it should be upheld. But that's a whole other story. iEnvy Nail Bar was open on time. I was greeted & in a chair quickly. My nail technician Erica was really nice & patient with me as I had many questions & even changed my mind a couple of times. She answered all of my questions & even explained things to me at certain points during application, which I really appreciated. She had me out in an hour. . I got a full set of sns powder tips. The price was the same as what was advertised, which is also a plus because I have been to a many of shops that will have one price & by application end will having me paying something completely different, usually higher. Me and my best friend have been to this nail bar twice in the last month. The first time we went we had a great experience and everything was fine. Last Thursday we visited this nail bar and I actually called ahead to make appointments for us. When we got there they were incredibly under staffed and over their heads. Apparently, because it was spring break, all the mothers took off to be with thei children. I didn't think anything of it Bc I had made an appointment for two. We got there ahead of time and still had to wait 20 minutes for someone to start on our nails. One person was assigned to us as a group and we were in there from 4:20 till well after they had closed for the day. The owner took pictures and we were happy with the service we received. We paid and left. When I got home, while petting one of my dogs, my nail came off. The whole nail came off with no resistance. I called the next morning and went in to get it fixed. Spent an hour and a half waiting to get it repaired. Sunday, I noticed that a few more of my nails were lifting from the back with very little resistance and I thought it was very strange because I don't work in a profession that would make my nails brittle or break off easy. I don't have to repeatedly wash my hands during the day or anything. Tuesday rolled around and I was already missing 3 nails that just popped off like press one. Like that hadn't even been adhered properly. Today is Thursday. Exactly a week after I've gotten my nails done and I have no nails. At all. I have call to speak with the owner 3 times already and she knows who did my nails and she knows the condition that they were in and she told me that she would not redo them or give me my money back and concluded our conversation with thank you for your services. I will be going up to this nail bar to speak with her in person but I would not recommend this place to anyone after my experience. read more

Let me start by saying I think my experience had a lot to do with my particular manicurist and may not be the salon as a whole, but this was the worst nail experience of my life. I made an appointment with friends and while the other nail techs asked if we all wanted to sit together, mine ignored that and sat me on the opposite end of the salon. I got an SNS manicure, and she burned me with the drill file at least three times. At one point she drilled down so low on my nail you could see the divet where she almost broke through to my skin (hurt like heck). It hurt, so I flinched and almost pulled my hand away and she told me to "relax." I have gotten SNS many times before, and she did not use proper technique, very quick and sloppy. I ended up with lots of dried polish stuck on my fingers. She did not offer me a beverage like the rest of the salon patrons were offered, barely talked to me, and when I politely asked if she could fix one of my nails she said "you're rushing me." At the end, she plopped some cuticle oil on my hands, told me to rub it in myself and immediately pulled out her phone, barely looking up to finally inform me "you're done, thanks." She also asked me to pay her ahead of time when she was only halfway done with my manicure, including tip, which I thought was strange. My two friends had a lovely experience with their gel manicures and the two girls who did theirs, so maybe SNS is not their jam. I don't know, but I can't bring myself to go back after bleeding/almost having a hole drilled in my nail. read more
