That said, I cannot say I'm fully satisfied with what was advertised as a move-in/move-out deep clean. Upon closer inspection - and once I began doing additional cleaning myself - I noticed several areas that were not thoroughly addressed. The bathroom floors were still quite dirty, most (if not all) of the window sills remained dirty and dusty, and there was visible dust in various parts of the home. Overall, the service felt more like a basic prep cleaning rather than a true deep clean. It made the home presentable, but not fully move-in ready as the description would suggest.

On the day of requesting a quote, I agreed to the price and sent over $50 deposit. Communication…read morewent well in that initial time. When it got closer to the date of service, it took more than a day to confirm with them that they are still coming to clean, after I didn't hear back, I had to call various times to finally get the confirmation of cleaning. On the day of scheduled cleaning, I get a message asking if they can come 2hrs earlier than scheduled time.m because they finished a job before my scheduled time early. I was not able to answer or see my messages until after work time, and the last message I saw they wanted to reschedule because they didn't hear from me for 45min. This is unacceptable professionalism and business practice. I called them back immediately once I saw there message saying I'm 10min away and barely got off work. Then I'm told they will "wait" for me to get home. Making me feel guilty that I'm holding them up when the scheduled time wasn't until another 1.5hrs. Then I'm told to give the cleaners cash cuz their system is down. Luckily I had cash cuz then I would be having to drive out to ATM. Last, I had asked if I was going to receive invoice for tax records, was told I will receive with 24hrs. Never received! The cleaners were excellent, it was mostly the administrative side of this that was not going well. On the next scheduled appointment I had messaged and asked for a reschedule and didn't hear back for more than a day so I had to get estimates and confirmation from another cleaning company where I can be assured I have my needs met. After I told Roxanne's that I need to cancel due to delayed response and that I had booked with another company, The message I received from Roxanne was simply: "Canceled"
