Told him 'I did not take it apart. The glass face fell off while wearing it". He then tried to blame my long sleeve shirt for making the glass fall off. WTF are you talking about? Wearing my I watch with a long sleeve shirt made the glass fall off????. He refused to refund me but said he could put a new face on for another $80. Itold him to give me his manager's phone #. He did. It was a NY phone number that was out of service. I then told him to give me his boss' number. He wouldn't do that without his boss permission. He called his boss in front of me. Guess what?. No answer after he tried about 6 times. Called my CC company but unfortunately the payment was immediately processed son there was nothing they could do as it was not fraud. If I could give this place minus stars I would. Avoid at all costs.

The manager was screaming at her and almost made her fall. I was on the phone with her trying to explain instructions on how to work the machine since they refused to make the copies for her or help her with it!
