Be careful with these guys! I was quoted $299 to fix a rear phone body. When I said "forget it, I'll just live with the shattered glass and keep the case on" they told me my phone wouldn't be waterproof anymore. They then sold me insurance and told me to call back in about 45 days and they'd fix it then for $39. ok, I did as I was instructed. An hour before the appt, they called and cancelled it. told me to put in a claim thru the app. I did, and of course it was denied for preexisting damage. Shame on me for listening to them but also....? I had said I would live with the damage and now I'm out two mos insurance premiums. These guys are shady. read more

In one word, terrible. They try to upsell you on everything before they realize that they dont have the skill to fix what you have. I took my phone here to get the screen fixed and the guy at the counter told me that the frame was too badly damaged because it had a small dent on the corner. He couldn't make this assessment on his own he had to ask his manager. I took it to Idroped and they fixed it fast, no questions asked, and even gave me a discount. read more

Unprofessional, unreliable, and a waste of time. I scheduled a remote screen repair through Asurion for a cracked phone screen. I was scheduled for a week in advance. Day of the appointment comes, and I get a call half an hour before my appointment window from these folks telling me the parts were not on the truck, and that they can't look to see when the parts WILL be on the truck. I would think they would have known in advance so they can reschedule, but whatever. The guy tells me he's new. someone else called out sick, they are scheduling him from one place to another to back track back to my location (as another guy is in the vicinity yelling things to tell me). Um, okay. I call Asurion (because I was told that Asurion is the only one who can track the parts and tell me when or even if they will be arriving). I reschedule through Asurion for a time I am assured the parts will definitely be both available and available for my remote appointment. Day of appointment comes, and they no call no show. I'm now at about 2 weeks, still have a broken screen. If you have another option, choose that one. read more

Made the appointment online. No followup contact from them. When I arrived, I was told that they had the part in stock (screen for Samsung S23+) but I couldn't have it because they need to keep 5 to 7 screens in stock just in case of an insurance claim, which mine wasn't. However they could have one in a day or two but there were no claims for the screens in stock. And it would cost $263. I drove an hour for that treatment? read more

The speakerphone and the clock alarm on my Samsung Note 9 cell phone had stopped working, so I brought it to ubreakifix. Tye fixed both problems in a few minutes. He was very courteous. As it turned out, the problem was in the settings - but I had tried to find the problem in the settings, and been unable to find it or fix it. I will be bringing my laptop there next. read more

A shattered screen on an IPhone made me seek out a repair facility for the first time. Since there was a UBREAKIFIX location near me, I thought I'd give them a try. I couldn't be happier. The online scheduling and curb side drop off was flawless and I received a confirmation call shortly after making the appointment to explain the details and the price. Although the tech estimated the repair to be 90 minutes, it took just and hour. Communication was fabulous - they sent texts, emails and called. Made an appointment to have my Samsung fixed. Even got an automated reminder the morning of the appointment asking me to confirm the appointment. I drive 40 minutes to get to this place and the guy tells me they "tried to call" me. He "thinks" they also left me a voicemail message. They were trying to let me know that they don't have the screen for my phone in stock. They didn't try very hard. I told him no one called. I told him I got no voice mails. You know what he said? "Well, we did." Not oh I'm sorry about that. Must have been some sort of mix up. Nothing. Just a smart ass response of "Well, we did." You tell me this. Why would I drive 40 minutes to an appointment if someone had left me a voicemail message telling me not to come because they couldn't fix my phone? I'm in the mood to drive 40 minutes for no reason? And not only did they not call me they must not have taken the appointment out of the system or I would not have gotten the automated reminder this morning. UNBELIEVABLE WASTE OF TIME. read more

I had brought my ps4 to this establishment because a guy at GameStop Said these guys were good. I brought my PlayStation because it kept crashing with error code CE-34878-0. They told me it would be a week before they could do a diagnostic. To my surprise Patrick an employee there called me the next day saying that the problem is i need to clean my ps4 and add thermal paste and that this would fix my problem. The procedure cost 79.99. I told them to go head and do it if it would fix my ps4 he said he was 99% sure it would. Later that day he called me to come get my ps4 it's fixed i was so excited i get home only for it to crash again. I brought it back and everyday i would call and they would give me the run around saying there waiting for there boss or there busy so I'm out of 80 bucks when i should have just sent it to Sony who for 110 if they couldn't fix it they would replace it. Beware these guys will take you money and it's not right. read more

We stopped in without an appointment to have the screen replaced on our iPhone and the staff was wonderful. They took our information they repaired the phone within an hour and a half and it came with a 90 day warranty. I guess my only complaint would be the price was a little high but it's still less than a new phone. read more

They've had my Xbox for two weeks it's still not fixed they keep saying that it'll be done in a couple days they never call to update every time I call they say that they meant to call me it's been about 16 days now and I still haven't had my Xbox repaired yet I definitely wouldn't recommend them read more
