When the installer arrived he only had half of the blind, we then had to wait another week on top of the 5 week manufacture time.

We are prompted in this instance because we really do want to point customers in the direction of this excellent outdoor blind company! Our own recommendation came from a relative who had had recently ordered from Suncrest Blinds. We were visiting when the blinds were installed and observed the efficient work of the experienced installers; which was repeated again at the time of our Dec 2021 installation. The whole process of measuring, quoting, placing an order, as well as updates on progress and a post installation inspection, was conducted in a friendly manner by a team who value their customers. Vlad was our main contact. It would be a tall order for other companies to match his approach! So if you don't have a personal recommendation from a friend or relative to use Suncrest, take this one from strangers. ~ Jan and Neville Patterson Lakes

Never, ever have anything to do with this company. They are absolutely devoid of any business…read moreethics or concept of customer service. They'll send out a slick, personable salesman who will make the process all sound just oh so easy. When that dreaded day arrives... installation.. you'll see how easy it is... NOT! The "installers" are actually dodgy independent contractors who are not part of this shonky outfit's workforce. As such, don't be surprised if they take a dislike to your old carpet , or YOU, and just decide to walk off. If that happens. You are _screwed_. They insist on 100% paid up front and wont think of offering a refund, even if they have delivered ZERO. In fact they may opt to extort even more money from you, relying on the "sunk cost" motivation. Based on my experience, Carpet Call are the "My Moovers" of the carpet industry. Do your research, people. Going with any company that is a "market leader" due to a big advertising spend is always, always a bad idea and this sorry outfit bears this out in spades.
