The sales guy demonstrated the various models using sand and fluff on a 'test' rug so that I could see how they felt to use and how well they worked. Came home with a new Hoover and the place never looked better.

Worst service of any store I've been to. First they told me l couldn't order the item l wanted…read moreonline but they had plenty in store. He tried to talk me out of the one l wanted saying it was no good.When l went in, the next day, one guy said it was sold out and tried to talk me into a more expensive option. As l was walking out another assistant told me it wasn't sold out. A few weeks later l couldn't get the canister off the vacuum, it was stuck and the manager told me it wasn't his problem as it would cost them $7 to courier it to the manifacturer and argued the point with me. Every interaction l had with them was unpleasant and unhelpful. Will never go to that particular store again.
