By far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. THEY LEFT…read moreMY HOUSE AND LEFT THE FRONT DOOR WIDE OPEN ALL DAY!!!! They arrived to do my bond clean and complained about dust on the floor and in the cupboard, wee on toilet seat (we have a 3 year old doing toilet training) Plus some plastic toys that must've been under the couch when we moved all the furniture out. Upon arrival they tried charging me $125 more than what I was quoted because there was "extra" work to clean the oven and throw away a tiny bit of rubbish that was under beds and couches that is now exposed since then being removed. An hour and half passed and they still hadn't started cleaning so I ended up cancelling on the spot, loosing my deposit and was then charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cutting my loses and starting to find another company and attempting to forget this piss poor experience, I then get a message from my old neighbor at 8:30pm advising my front door was left wide open all day and proceeds to send me photos of my front door left wide open. My partner had been at work and I had been looking after our kid in our new house. Meaning Ministry of cleaning were last people in my house. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE THAT IS THIS COMPANY!

What a fantastic experience with Sparkle & Shine - great clear website and booking system which…read moremade it super easy for me to get a cleaner booked in, a helpful follow up phone call to confirm my requirements and I was all set. The cleaner arrived at the exact time booked and was a lovely friendly guy who listened to all my explanations and they I left him to it. I don't usually book cleaners but for the jobs you just really don't want to do - like cleaning the oven and range hood - it is so worth it ! The job was done to a much higher standard I would have been able to achieve and all for a very reasonable price. Convenience and smiles all round :)
