We parked the car and right as we were unbuckling her car seat she vomited all over herself! Anyone who has experienced that knows that the car cannot wait to be cleaned inside and out, but finding someone at 7pm is the tricky part. I made a couple of phones calls and sent requests to several businesses here on Yelp, and Michael came back with the best rate at the earliest time. He was very thorough with the cleaning and took his time which I really appreciated because he charged me me a flat rate instead of by the hour. The car was sparkly clean, and quoting his words, "The only thing that will be old about the car is the mileage!"

I had such an exceptional experience with South Shore Detailing. I was visiting from Seattle while…read moremy dad was in the hospital and needed to bring in my mom's car after a large blood spill. I had no idea whether the staining could actually be removed or how extensive the damage might be. Alexys was wonderful from the moment I reached out. He was thoughtful, reassuring, and incredibly helpful in assessing the situation and walking me through what would need to be done. At a time when my family had a lot going on, it was such a relief to feel that the car was in genuinely good hands. He was able to take care of everything within a day, and the work was outstanding. What could easily have left the interior permanently damaged was cleaned beautifully. I'm incredibly grateful to Alexys, both for the quality of his work and for the care he showed throughout the entire process. South Shore Detailing is exactly the kind of local business you hope to find when you really need someone you can trust. I would recommend them without hesitation.

My car hasn't been this clean... probably ever. Alexis and his team did an incredible job…read more And the crazy part is that's not even what I brought my car in for. My car had a moldy smell, so I dropped it off hoping it'd be something small. It wasn't. Turns out there was tons of mold underneath the carpet. Alexis was great at every step of the way: - He got my car in quickly (9am the next day). - He went out of his way to concretely identify the issue - which required pulling the carpet to identify that there was mold there, before he even gave a quote. - He put in the time to remediate the issue the right way - pulling the seats, removing the carpets, pulling the trim, etc - and he put it back together perfectly too - all while dealing with the (literally) toxic environment. - He went out of his way to clean parts of the car I hadn't even considered - for instance, he cleaned the engine bay (clearing out a mouse nest that was in there somehow too!). - He was extremely helpful at just every step along the way. I wish more business owners were like Alexis. And again, this is the absolute cleanest the car has ever been. It feels like a brand new vehicle. I used to dread getting into my mold-mobile, but now I look forward to it. Thanks!
