When I came back the car was looking better than new, it looked like one of those show room cars you see! I used a small light and she took care of all the swirls/light scratches! I was in awe, when you have a super clean car you as an owner feel even more better! She cleaned the interior and treated the leather and also cleaned the engine bay. She gave me few tips how to keep my car clean and in tip top shape. Her prices are very good, I've paid double at other detail shops that did half the stuff Annemarie did. She has found a regular customer now and I intend to use her services in the future! If you want great customer service, good prices, and excellent results then you should give this person a try!

I scheduled a detailing of two cars, a Durango and a Silverado, plus some scratch repair on the…read moreSilverado and was quoted $60 for the regular detail, and $300 for the vehicle with scratches. I was mostly happy with the Durango, except there were still some bug remnants on the grille. The Silverado turned out STUNNING on the outside - the scratches were totally gone and the paint looked brand new. The big problem was he hadn't touched the interior. The inside really needed it too. This was a birthday present for my Mom, and I gave her a half clean truck. The bed also still had pine needles and debris in it. When I asked Doug about this, he told me paint correction is $300 and does not include the interior. I was never told this fee was for exterior paint only. Miscommunication. He did offer to return the following week to clean the inside, which I told him was a gracious move and that most people don't care about doing the right thing but by offering this, he clearly cares about his company and leaving the client happy. He never returned and ghosted us after my last communication to him telling him he actually cares about his clients. I guess I was wrong. The bottom line is, he obviously knows what he is doing with paint repair. We are thrilled with that aspect, but $360 later and no explanation, I feel a bit robbed.
