We were very lucky to find him and was grateful he accepted our cases. Ryan is the type of lawyer you would want to have on your side. They are conscientious and professional in what they do in my dealing with the office and the court reporters. In my opinion, the work product that comes out of this office is impeccable. There were times when we needed transcripts on a rush basis. They would do their best and we'd get those transcripts/exhibits as soon as they could or they'd give us what they could reasonably get to us. I've also had last-minute depositions that needed to be scheduled. Rosenberg's were very accommodating in what I needed. Some were also on neighboring islands. They handled the conference room reservations or would direct me on who I could contact to schedule those conference rooms. I like that I can schedule a depo (oral or written) and I don't need to worry--I know it'll be taken care of. And I like the fact that they'll confirm with you ahead of time if the deposition is still going forward. Over the years, I have personally gotten to know Ralph Rosenberg and his son, Andrew Rosenberg. Every year, they go out to various firms they do business with and give out thank you gifts. Who does that?!! It's people like them that value their customers and want their business to strive. They are No. 1 in my book. There is so much more to add of what this company does.
