I came here for digital fingerprinting for a license. Unlike some states (cough, cough, Nevada and Arizona), Texas allows for digital fingerprinting so long as you use certain vendors, and that is a much preferable experience over ink fingerprinting. Scheduling was very easy. The whole process is online, so you set up your account, and they have all the information they need to open your file. No filling out papers when you arrive! Also, you know exactly what to bring to your appointment, so everything is very efficient. I arrived early. I was told to wash my hands, and then wait in the inner waiting room. I waited about 5 minutes, and then I was brought into a cubby That whole process took less than 5 minutes, and afterwards, I didn't have to scrub ink off my hands, so I was delighted. Also, as everything is digital, the computer program is making sure that the fingerprints captured are adequate, so there's less chance of having to repeat the process because of smudges, etc. (Which did happen to me last year when I applied for my Arizona license and delayed the application by over a month.) Services aren't cheap, but if I'm spared a repeat trip for inadequate fingerprinting, I'll consider it well worth the money. read more

This place is listed on the TSA pre-check list to go for the fingerprints. So I arrived before set opening so that I would most likely be in and out. Well I waited and waited and they never opened. I tried calling the number on the site and they couldn't help me, didn't know anything about this location or how to help me. Such a mess. I waited for 30 minutes after their opening time and then left. Ridiculous waste of time. And needs better ability to reach them like a phone number to this facility. read more

I had an 840 appointment for tsa precheck and they got me back within a couple of minutes. The whole process took 10 minutes or less. They were super fast and nice. I even got confirmation that I was enrolled in 24 hours. read more

Very fast. Very friendly and very professional! Arrived a little earlier than my appointment and finished within 15 minutes!

FYI 2/6/25 Went today to renew TSA & they're gone. Signs gone space empty. They were there last month

I came to this location to have my TSA renewed. Mainly it was just a bizarre experience. The woman who checked me in was mainly concerned about my method of payment. The first thing she did was ask for form of payment, then made me produce it and hand it to her with my ID while checking in. She didn't take payment then just wanted to see it. So weird. Then asked me to sit down again for like 90 seconds. Then same lady had me get up and follow her to another room where she took my ID and payment again, this time charging me. Then she took my picture and finger prints. Just a very strange interaction. She wasn't rude exactly but certainly not friendly. The job got done at least. read more

Now my experience wasn't awful. In fact minus the other lady that I'm assuming the reviews were meant for, I received service from her partner. Initially walking in I had an appointment set up for the following day, however, I didn't want to wait that long. So I took my chances and did a walk in. The lady at the front desk was blonde, very kind, and sweet. She informed me to wash my hands and wait while she turned on the station area. Now as I waited her partner with black hair was exiting a session and upon sitting down at the desk did come off as sassy/ rude to the guy that was waiting. She even directed her attention to me as well. I would say her presence was just simply unwelcoming. Thankfully I wasn't served by her and I got in and out. I wish management would read these reviews and re evaluate that lady with black hair as she really should not be working at a customer service job with that "bothered" attitude. read more

Huge waste of time. Don't bother making an appointment, they don't go by them anyway. We made the appointment two weeks ago, and arrived 15mins early. There was a lobby full of people waiting and NO ONE there to greet/check-in. Ten minutes later someone came up from the back to man the front desk. I checked in and an hour after our scheduled appointment, we are still waiting. Several people with appointments after ours were called/seen. They were calling the wrong people for the wrong procedures; checking people in for the wrong service. They lost track of the order of appointments, and people with appointments as early as 2pm were told they might not get seen because they 'are running behind and they close at 4pm'. Complete confusion and chaos. Lower your expectations for professional or even generally polite attitudes. read more

I had an appointment today that was scheduled for my TSA at 12:50, but I decided to come in at 10:45 because my wife did not have an appointment and she needed to have her TSA pre check completed on a walk-in basis. Deborah at the front desk was able to get us in and out in less than 10 minutes! Service was super fast. She was friendly. I promised I would write a review after leaving because the service was so exceptional! Please disregard the previous reviews because this was not our experience. read more

Okay. So Stephanie was an absolute doll to work with. Was it Stephanie? I think it was. If not I'll update her name when I go downstairs. I came here today to get my fingerprints for my Michigan RN license. Anyone with a licensed position ever feel like a criminal while getting fingerprints? No? That might just be my inner gangsta coming out or whatever. Yelp, idk if you heard me but YA GIRL IS MOVING TO MICHIGAN in the deadazz cold of winter so prepare for new adventures. They fingerprinted me quickly and by the time I left I was no longer feeling like a smooth criminal, till I got back in my car. I'm jk you guys. I've never done anything illegal in my life. It's all of that 90s rap music. I didn't choose the thug life. The thug life chose me. Keep bangin. read more

The "value" has NOTHING to do with the Business, the application fees are what they are! What I loved about my personal experience with IdentGo was this: Appointment times are strictly adhered to; no wait, you call for an appointment, YOU SHOW UP ON TIME, and ZERO wait. This shows respect for the process, the clients & themselves. Love it, a well run office. Hmm...great jib, Ladies. Names? Ughh...Stephanie & Pam? The (2) Professionals working on December 15, 2021 at 3:00 PM. Highly recommend this business for government needs or any other they support. read more

The team was friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful at every step and offered to answer any questions. I hardly waited at all when I got there so that was nice as well. The location I found to be convenient and parking was easy. No complaints to be found. Will return in 5 years for my next TSA precheck update read more

This office was great. I needed to get my TWIC card to submit my USCCaptains license paperwork. I chose this location and very easily made an online appointment. There were were several appointments available and I was able to get one very quickly. It took longer than expected to drive there even though I allowed for extra time and I hope they got there enough time before they closed for lunch. I got there very close to lunchtime I understood that because there's only one person in the office, that she would have to take lunch on schedule to be able to reopen at the advertised time for the other scheduled appointments. It was time to close for lunch very soon but because I had filled everything out ahead of time online and brought everything I needed with me, she was able to quickly take care of me and I left with my TWIC card in hand. Excellent service ! . read more

Quick and easy, very fast turn around. It only took 3 days to get approved for TSA PreCheck.

Unreal - Went in for a TSA Enrollment - front counter was the rudest person had all required documentation and then some. They decided that a court decree changing my name which had the courts seal they would not take. They advised the court had no idea what they were doing that was the incorrect document. Funny thing switched locations received with no issues. The new location even stated they have heard horror stories concerning the Carrollwood Village location. Stay away from Carrollwood they don't follow the rules/policy and are just downright rude. read more

I'm going to add to the chorus of reviews here that have said repeatedly how rude the blonde woman at the front desk is. When is the owner of this business going to pick up their head and notice? I was treated poorly even though I arrived early, was polite. and had everything I needed with me. I'll find another location next time I need to renew my TSa pre check. read more

At least a dozen people this morning waiting, several of us with set appointments that passed while we waiting 45 minutes or more just to be checked in. I finally get to the desk for TSA renewal and the woman won't do it because she says I need my marriage certificate which was false. All the renewal information had been entered on-line and the only required Docs PER the TSA online Preregistration were drivers license, birth certificate and my KTN. 2 hours wasted traveling there waiting and driving home for nothing because their staff doesn't know it's own requirements and doesn't give a crap! read more

I stood in the lobby for about 5 minutes and nobody was at the front counter. I took a seat and waited for someone to arrive. A woman came out front and said "what do you want." Not a "good morning, how may I help you." I told her I was here for TSA precheck and that I had an appointment. I told her I was about 15 minutes early and she began huffing and puffing about that. And she rambled off saying that she couldn't help me until my appointment time. I said that was fine. Finally she called me up asking for my documents. I gave her my passport and drivers license. She told me I only needed the one ID which is weird since the TSA website said I needed two, but whatever. I went back into the room and was being helped by another lady. She spoke insanely fast so it was hard to understand what she was saying. She asked me for my finger prints and then asked me for my hand print. I placed my hand on the reader and I wasn't doing it right. She kept telling me how I was doing it incorrectly but never telling me or showing me how I needed to do it. She became very angry and agitated and it remained that way. The only friendliness I got out of her was when I paid. The place had the worst service I could have ever imagined. Truly an office fully of unhappy angry people. Thankfully I was in and out... If you have to come here... I would make sure to come first thing in the morning to insure you don't have to spend much time here. The place is terrible read more

I had read the reviews about this place online and I was really terrified about going today. today. I had an awesome experience. The gentleman that helped me name was Levi. Quick, fast and courteous! I would recommend this place to anyone they do an awesome job. Thank you Levi for my excellent experience. read more

Rude women that can't be bothered to do their job. They refused to recognize and accept the new military retirement ID card. Not up to date on what ID cards look like. Shameful! read more

Showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment time which I booked 2 months in advance. The lobby was full of people who had been there over 2 hours... There was one woman working and when we asked if we could reschedule our appointments she said she couldn't help with that. Had to just leave, will be rebooking somewhere else. read more

TSA precheck. Quick service but no receipt or confirmation email. Called customer service only to be given the TSA number as if they would give me a receipt. Spent 45 minutes of calling to eventually speak to an unapologetic, grouchy identogo customer service representative who eventually was able to send me an email receipt and confirmation number. read more

Upon entering the facility for my appointment there were 2 clients ahead of me. The first did not have an appointment (as this was announced by the woman at the reception desk, a middle aged blonde) who continued to speak to the client in a condescending and rude manner. Her tone was unprofessional and unwarranted as the young man needing assistance was polite and patient. The next customers were treated equally as poor for no reason, and as a result I left without checking in. There are other locations to choose from for TSA pre check in the greater Tampa area, I would not recommend this location. read more

Woman was not helpful at all. Had filled out all the paperwork online and had an appointment. She said I did not want pre check, needed to go for global entry. Found out global entry is not what I wanted. Also no phone number to ask questions or let anyone know they are messed up. read more

The blond woman in her 40's was very rude. She asked me for my ID and credit card with a very nasty attitude and gave me a bad look like I was disturbing her from whatever it was she was doing. read more

Great and fast service. Not sure why the bad reviews I got there on time for my appointment and I was out in less than 15 minutes.

Two people on duty but only 1 workstation. So, while one works the other wanders around aimlessly or goes to Starbucks nearby. When they are both in the office only 1 can actually work. Need more space to serve customers. read more

People were very rude. Woman that checked me in gave me a smart answer to a legit question. The other woman that did my fingerprints grabbed me fingers almost angrily and completed the fingerprinting without verbal commands. My fingerprints weren't received in a timely manner. read more

I cannot stress enough that the staff at this location are incompetent and lazy. My birth certificate has a little bit of the original ink bled over into another part of the document and they denied allowing me to go through with my appointment. They were uncooperative, would not listen to me when I pointed out that it does not effect the information on the birth certificate, and refused to work with me. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and stand off-ish with me. Mind you, this birth certificate has been acceptable to every other identification sight and security clearance application I have ever pursued. The birth certificate is just fine. I would recommend you go to any other location to avoid these people. read more

The previous reviews are true. I would ask what is the purpose of having an appointment if they are not going to see you for an hour later. The staff have the personality of a cactus. I thought I had walked into your atypical government office. Sour attitudes and sour faces. If I could rate this place a zero I would. read more

All the people working here were rude and not friendly at all.Not sure why ...That being said the appointment was in time .The service was good but someone needs to teach the workers there to be nice .It was holiday season outside but once we walked in the door there was no cheer!!HoHoHo! read more

Receptionist was rude and dismissive. I had a crack in my debit card and she asked for another payment. I explained that was my only card and I've never had an issue anywhere else. She quickly threatened me with a $400 charge if my card damaged their machine. When I got to the back and the other lady went to charge my card she just keyed it in manually, took about 10 seconds. Also I wasn't seen until 15 minutes after my appointment and there was hardly anyone there. Employees seem rude and miserable. If you have any other options then I recommend you avoid this place. read more

I'm with the other reviewers. I just left and the woman was extremely rude. Snapped at me when I didn't put my hand right with the fingerprint machine yet never gave direction. Seemed inconvenienced that I was there. I suggest going to a different site. read more

The only good thing I can say is that I got in and out fast. The young lady working there seems to be pissed off at the world. When you try smiling or being friendly she gets angry...? Extremely large black woman at front was incredibly rude. I was smiling and acting syrupy sweet trying to get a question in but she didn't want to speak at all other next and "id". It was fast and I was in and out, however I gave it 2 stars because of the staff. I was the only person there, and they could have been slightly friendly. The greeter was rude. I asked if a credit card was ok for my second form of ID and she looked at me like I had a 3rd eye. I only asked because online I thought said 2 forms of ID were needed. Then, for the fingerprints, I felt like I was being booked at jail. Yanking my fingers for the prints not speaking at all just grabbing the next one with no regard to how she was twisting my hand, without a word of what she was doing. The only bit of friendliness I got was when she said have a nice day at the end. Great if you want in and out and don't care how you are treated though. read more
