Elen there was working and said only divorce decree needed to file this, and charged $500 fee in advance before she starts paperwork I have paid the fee right away and all the documents like divorce decree but later on nothing was filed in court because ex husband's job details was not provided.I asked her to refund my money as nothing can be filed to court but she stopped responding and I lost my $500 which is really a big amount for me.I understand paralegal service always charge before they file something but in this case nothing was filed and She did not even refunded my money back or replied back to me. Also she should be asking for every document while filing for QDRO. BUT at that time she said only divorce decree needed. She should be telling me that all job details and plan providers detail needed in order to file QDRO BUT she did not tell this detail and charged $500 .

He claimed to have served my tenants for a small claims case. Took many emails and phone calls to get proof of service, lots of excuses. Finally got him to supply to the court. We go to court and the case is thrown out because he didnt serve them legally. He only left the summons on the doorstep after ringing the doorbell. Thats not a legal serve according to the judge so the case was thrown out. Now I have to start over months wasted and lots time and money.
