Wonderful Experience! I applied online, made an appointment,and gathered my documents. I arrived early due to rain and was promptly attended to. With all necessary documents in hand, including my marriage license with the seal,( Since my birth certificate does not match my real id and Social security card) I seamlessly navigated the process, which included digital fingerprinting ( No messy black ink) and document scanning. The staff processed my payment, and I was on my way. The entire experience took a mere 10 minutes. The two young ladies working there were truly exceptional. Ample parking was available in the strip mall, well lit, and plenty of stores to shop at before heading home!! . I wholeheartedly recommend this experience. read more

I do not recommend this location or company. Scheduled an appointment over a week in advance. When I showed up, the place appeared closed - no lights on and doors locked. Called customer service and spoke to a supervisor who said they had not received any communication that this location was closed therefore no one with appointments received information about store closure or appointment cancellations, but the supervisors have no way to communicate with anyone who works at the various locations?? Told me my only options were to wait and hope someone shows up or to reschedule to a different day and hope this doesn't happen again. The people here are super friendly and timely with appointments. I have been here twice, once to get finger printed and the second with my daughter for her TSA precheck. They accept walk ins but making an appointment is super easy and keeps you day moving along. Definitely recommend! read more

My appointment was at 3pm. Showed up 2:45. Not one person working in the back and the receptionist. I was not called back until 3:45. My roommate whose app was at 3:50 was just now called back at 4:30. They were working in walk ins as well. We were under the impression that appointments would take priority. Several walk ins between us and they took them ahead of my roommate. The ladies working were very kind and professional. I just don't understand delays and walking being taken ahead of appointments. We have now been here two hours and still not have not finished. read more

I had an appointment, got there before they opened after lunch time, I was second in line. I watched a random lady come in 15 minutes after the line was checked in and she said "oh my appointment is later but I wanted to see if I could get in earlier" and she went back before I was called. It was almost 30 minutes before I was called back for a simple fingerprint. The order of operations makes ZERO sense. To add to it, no one was nice. I showed up with my documents and credit card. The cost is $85. The process couldn't have been easier. No wait, seen in time. The staff were courteous,professional, efficient. The whole process took about fifteen minutes. By the way, your photo is captured so be aware!! TSA Precheck is an expedited stress free way to go through security at over 200 airports in the USA. It is a fabulous way to travel, making the USA airports less hassle & quicker walk through security. No taking shoes off or taking laptops out. The lines are also so much shorter and move faster. Once your application is reviewed you will be given a KTN (Known Traveler Number). I think it's valid for 5 years It's important not to let it expire and you can add it to your favorite airline/frequent flyer profile with the rest of your standard details. Then as if by magic, it shows up on your boarding pass. Perfection Renewal usually can be done online for $70. Overall, a fantastic service, which will make it so much easier to take the many overdue destinations I have planned this year. read more

Arrived for a pre-scheduled appointment and the Service received was amazing however the front desk associate was beyond rude. Once arrived she literally walked away from her desk. She talked very aggressively and rude to any and every customer that came through the door for assistance. She even told one person he couldn't receive a service just for him to be told different and immediately assisted by someone in the back. Walk in for a TSA pre-check today first thing in the morning on a holiday weekend. We were in and out in 45 minutes. The office was busy but the staff kept things/people moving. Rude staff, kind of crazy.. I tried to use a family member's credit card to get pre-check as they had a promotion thru Meril. Would've been 50 dollars cheaper for us. Woman at the desk says that I can't do this, that I have to give a card with my name on it... okay... I try to explain *why* I am trying to use someone else's card, and she keeps interrupting me, raising her voice, very condescending, and says using someone else's card would be fraud. I needed to be fingerprinted for my RN license. You walk in, and there's no one at the desk to greet you. I waited 15 minutes before someone came out to get my ID. No good morning or hello. Rude beyond belief. When I finally got called, this little brat, Ashley, was doing my fingerprints. No please, no eye contact. I might as well have been interacting with a robot. When I said something to her about her rudeness, she laughed like it was funny. If it was my kid, I'd have smacked her across her face. This is what you hire? This rude arrogant pair. Scheduled an appointment at 1:30. Arrived at 1:15. Waited in a very long line and was checked in after 1:30. Was called back shortly after 2. The person that assisted me was very kind and apologetic as the fingerprinting machine wasn't working properly. Five stars to them but fewer stars when it comes to wait time, etc. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The ladies working here have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room to even get checked in. Not to mention I made my appointment and payment a week ahead of time. The company itself is not the best but the 3 ladies working specifically on 10/16 need to be fired immediately. Do not go here, I promise it is not worth it. One of the ladies there even confessed to having a brain injury and was shouting at me the whole time. Do yourself a favor and don't come to this location. They are understaffed therefore the staff they do have is completely miserable and treats you like shit. When we arrived there was line to the door with no one at the desk. Everyone in line went behind the desk and signed in so my husband and I did the same thing. The employee finally came out after about 15 minutes and said she was calling the cops and we were all being reported to the FBI and said none of us would be seen today. We drove an hour to get there! I understand now why she was upset but if there is protected information on your desk, don't leave your post...lock it up. read more

Unfortunately I have to give this place at least a 1. My wife and I scheduled to be finger printed on February 2nd at 3:50 pm and 4:15 PM respectively. We got a registration confirmation for both appointments. We then drove one hour to Myrtle Beach to get our fingerprints done. Once we got there we waited for 10 minutes before a Federal Fingerprint agent advised us that the State Fingerprint Agent had not shown up yesterday nor today. She advised we should have gotten an email or phone call. WE DID NOT! We took time off from work to drive two hours round trip for nothing. I would definitely look for another place to have this done. If not you will be in for a rude awakening. read more

Have had an appointment scheduled for the past two weeks, and pre-paid for my fingerprinting to be done. Arrived for my appointment time today, and the doors were locked. In the time I was waiting, 5 other individuals also arrived for their appointment times. No one had been contacted to reschedule. There is also no means of contacting this office. The only phone number available is the corporate 1-866-254-2366 number. The service representative I spoke to was only able to tell me that this center was unexpectedly closed yesterday and today. This is completely unacceptable. I am an educator simply trying to get my fingerprints taken so that I can be certified. I am told that the next available appointment is not for 2 more weeks. And yet, how am I to trust that this center will be open and not "unexpectedly closed." Completely unreliable, and very sketchy that this center does not have a direct phone number or means of contact. read more
