Be sure to get any will that requires notarization printed on one side (not double-sided). Compassion/Empathy/Kindness: This is the highlight. She showed up in ways that instilled that this world is actually good. We finished the will in less than 5 minutes, and she could have quickly gone to the next appointment. What she did next made us feel that angels exist. Having fought her colon cancer battle, she pulled out her phone and told us to go to MD Anderson. She started to share names, phone numbers, and resources, but the greatest act of love a human can do for another at this moment was to advocate for us. We were giving up. She started to call and would not leave until we had a plan. We had the resources we needed two hours later, but an agenda that my brother and I executed two days later. Fast-forward two weeks since that day, our mother is fighting S4 cancer, and her energy is where it was when she first started to fight years ago. The fingerprint card processing fee was $44 per person, so we paid $88 total. The rules posted online specifically stated that the $44 fee includes two fingerprint cards, and the Missouri Board of Pharmacy requires both cards for the background check. However, we were only given one card each. When I returned and explained that we needed the second cards already included in the fee we paid, the older gentleman (Miaalexander) working there refused to provide them. I called IdentoGO, and its representative confirmed that I was correct and that two fingerprint cards were included. The Missouri Board of Pharmacy's requirements also clearly stated that two cards were needed. I attempted to show this information to the employee, but he refused to listen or look at it. He then suddenly claimed that I owed additional money, even though no additional charge had been mentioned during our original visit. When I asked him to show me where this extra fee was stated, he refused. Instead of calmly helping resolve the issue, he yelled at me and called the police. I explained the situation to the officers, who were completely understanding. They advised me to contact the company and request a refund because the employee was unwilling to cooperate. Despite this facility failing to provide the full service we paid for, I was banned from the location and informed that I could be arrested for trespassing if I returned. This was an incredibly unprofessional and upsetting experience. Customers should not be yelled at, have the police called on them, be banned, and face the possibility of arrest simply for requesting a service that was advertised online, confirmed by IdentoGO, required by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy, and already paid for.

I can't tell you how pleased I was with their service! It's always a drag to get fingerprinting done for jobs (not my first time having to do so) and when I say that they made this experience so easy and delightful, I mean it to the fullest. My appointment was for 11:30am and I went by when they opened at 10am and asked if they could take me early and they didn't hesitate! My ID gave them trouble with scanning, my fingerprints were reading error messages and my authorization code for payment wasn't working after a few tries. Through all the chaos, I never felt rushed or a burden! When taking my picture, the daughter, (I cannot believe I forgot her name. Ugh I feel horrible! btw: it's a family owned business by mother & daughter) well she tells me "look at the camera and I need you to look like you don't want to be here" and it made me smile more! lol it was so hard because I definitely wanted to be there!!! I'm a firm believer when it comes to reading reviews for places I plan on going to but I'm never the one to leave one. so...doing this long story like of a review was needed. this place deserves the recognition!!
