I was a passenger of a small truck which was rear ended by a semi going 50 mph while the driver and I sat at a dead stop on the frontage road of I-35. After getting out of the hospital I began calling several advertised personal injury lawyers and felt as if I was just going to be another open and shut case to them, no sympathy, only a dollar sign. However, a friend of mine mentioned a law firm that had helped get them out of a ticket before; located by the ACC campus downtown. The second I walked into Keel and Nassour, I was immediately greeted with a smile and introduced to Josh Fogelman, a sharp and intelligent young man. It was apparent from his spirited tone of voice and compelling designations that he has a passion for helping people and the law. He quickly understood my situation and was ready to fight for me! He explained everything to me very simply and straightforward. Right away his intentions were clearly for my well being, health, and due justice served. His advice helped me make sense of the process of events to unfold, asked me for his trust, and once I accepted, he took it from there! I was so extremely satisfied with my case and initial meeting that I referred the guy driving our truck to Mr. Fogelman. Even though my driver knew a lawyer which was a close personal friend of his looking at the case, after visiting with Josh, he also decided to let Mr. Fogelman take his case as well! I cannot say enough as to how pleased I am with the personal service, attention to detail, and the final results of my case!! Margaret quickly got our books in order, helped us find an internal bookkeeper that she trusted, put proper financial systems in place, and helped educate our board of directors on the status.
