I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

He charged for a core feature on our website that him and his team developed. It didn't work for over a year. He then tried to bill us to fix it. The website had 404 errors way before he changed servers and then sent a bill to fix it, but he blamed it on the new server. He also illegally got into our customer database, on the server, and retrieved one of our admin log in credentials and then used those log in credentials to make himself another admin account after we terminated his services. To this day he refuses to give us our backups of the website or ftp log in credentials so we can migrate the site to another host after we spent upwards of 150k with him. I would steer clear of this company because they charge to fix issues that should have worked from the get go and break in to the backside of your website after their services were terminated. They were patient with me and let me make the size bigger/smaller to my liking. And they had it done in just a week! The price was great! (7.50 per towel...other quotes i got were 10-12 per towel). I will definitely be going back for all my future embroidery needs! Funny how fabric on a 6-inch swatch looks totally different on a large sofa. After many arguments and fruitless hours looking for just an area rug, we were left with only three options. 1. Divorce with a custody battle over who had to take the furniture. 2. Take up smoking so we could accidentally set the sofa on fire. 3. Hire an interior designer. The least costly of the three. We went with the latter, and it was the best decision we could have made. I found Suzanne on a Google search, not the preferred way to find a designer, but we lucked out. She is flexible and will provide as much or as little guidance in the design process as you would like, anything from just a consultation on paint color to actually shopping for and purchasing the furnishings, the route we chose. Suzanne is fast, too. Within a week of getting our painting completed, she had purchased and arranged for delivery of all of our new furnishings (she also used what we had already bought). We were not allowed to see the room until it was completed, just like on HGTV. I used to think the shocked look on the homeowner's face was well-rehearsed, but my husband and I could not believe it was the same room! And although we had the option to return anything we did not like, of about 30 items she chose for us, which included everything from furniture and accessories to lighting and artwork, we returned one piece. And this is from someone who thinks they need self-check return lines. She was always mindful of our budget, which was probably pathetic by Scottsdale standards, but you can't tell by the finished project (I have posted a couple photos). She also offers redesign services, using your existing stuff in new ways. As for the area rug, we love what she chose. Unfortunately, so do the two destruction machines that sneak out every night to claw it. We're hitting PetsMart this weekend for devices to scare the crap out of them, wait I don't need that on the rug either! I'm sure the puking on it will come sooner rather than later.
