These were questions I didn't have answers to, about the computer, it's age, operating system, etc. That was why I was calling professionals, I am not a computer person! She continually interrupted me, I couldn't even finish a sentence. She could tell I was getting frustrated and told me she didn't mean to frustrate me, she was trying to help me not waste my money. I told her to just schedule an appointment, that I would worry about wasting my money. I also asked her to please quit interrupting me, to let me finish a sentence. She talked right over me! She tol dme she didn't mean to. She put me on hold for about five minutes with no explanation, then came back to tell me she'd call me back. I asked why that was necessary and she wouldn't tell me. She called later and was just as abrasive. When I asked her name, she then explained that she had needed to get to a scheduling book. She took some information, then put me on hold again with no explanation! I held for five minutes, she came back on to tell me I needed to hold more. Another five minutes and she came back to tell me that she'd talked to the owner and they could no longer accept new customers outside their service area. I have no idea how the service is, but that receptionist is hell to get past to make an appointment!
