I just had to pay 3yrs of taxes on the farm that the new owner was hoping I wouldn't find out about (county doesn't update their site : ( ) and buy the farm at auction and get out of the remainder of the mortgage. It is now in foreclosure and I soon will have it back. I all ready have 3 buyers with cash in hand wanting the property. Sold it for $100k. Got paid $65k.. Resell at $120k.(or more maybe) Just food for thought for others thinking about taking the buy out. By the way, I dealt with Terrell Wade, seems he has some bad reviews on here.. They took two additional weeks to get approved and then another week to close with stipulation that I pay off all my creditorsa first. They took the funds form my equity amount and wrote the incorrect amount to each one. I was frustrated and fed up so I paid them out of my own pocket. I took another 2 weeks of hounding them to get reimbursed. Then I rewiewed the wire transfer amount they were supposed to send me and it supposed to be 100,003. after all fees and deductions. But they sent 82,000. without any exsplanation, So I am opening up an investigation. I am glad I got funded, but not easily forgetting teh hell I had to go through to get it. Terrible orginisation, Terrible in communication and terrible in customer service,
