I got a letter dated March 12th, 2025. The first thing I noticed was that their business name was…read morelisted on the letter but no return address. This alerted me to something being wrong. It read, "Since you are receiving payments on a private mortgage (false) you are entitled to receive cash that is currently tied up in your contract." This is false. I am not owed money.
