I needed to talk to her . She returned my call several hours later. I ask her about my faucet set and if it had come in ? She had forgotten all about it . Once she had my money she could care less . She had to call the business in Texas to check on it . She returned my call to tell me that it was still sitting on their que what ever that was and it would take several days to be processed and sent out . I informed her at this time I had not had running water in my kitchen for 2 weeks and her Comment was Oh My Goodness! Not I am sorry for not staying on top of this . Not for keeping one of those little Post a notes as a reminder that a faucet has been ordered and I need to monitor this . Sorry, I have not stayed in touch with you to keep you in formed . Sorry that I did not return your call . My plumber happens to be Lenny's Plumbing on Transcontinental and when I call them they return my call in a reasonable amount of time . Their work is excellent and reasonable. I will never ever use Southland again because of that one sales person. She made me feel so insignificant and unimportant. Infact , I didn't need most of the parts according to my plumbers that installed the faucet and sprayer . They used their covers to plug the 2 holes I would not be needing .

They have quite a selection to choose from, almost overwhelming. The oval birdcage knobs were the final touch for that rustic look to the kitchen renovation. We went with a more modern pewter and crystal look in the bathroom. Service is always great. You are greeted pretty much as soon as you enter the store. They'll let you peruse the displays without hovering over your shoulders. If you need advice, they are there. They saved me one time from making a mistake. I have no complaints. They'll also handle custom cabinets, although you have to order from a book. There are plenty of other hardware from fancy front door locks to new hinges for cabinet doors. We have been quite satisfied with quality of their products and will return when the next renovation project starts up.

I come here often for my job, buying just about anything but my review is personal. I come to the…read morerear part of the business, the gas plant, to get my home kegerator CO2 bottle filled. Very easy and they are familiar with what you need. Drive through to the back, bring your bottle in, don't forget your gloves... Walk inside and tell you need to be filled up. In about 5 minutes they will return with a freezing cold, iced up bottle (where the gloves come in handy) and your good to go. If your bottle is "out of spec" meaning beyond its inspection date, they will need to hydro test it before filling it. Its the law and no way around it. That is $18 plus the cost of the gas once its done. Problem with that is if your in a hurry, it takes 2-3 weeks to get tested off site. They do have in house bottles they can lend you till you get it back if your in a serious bind. I don't know if they offer "beer gas" which is a nitrogen-CO2 combo.
