I had a great experience at this location. I usually go to another branch but this one is closer and they were able to get me in relatively easily. I worked with Jordan who was skilled and gentle - I got laser hair removal and I was comfortable the entire time. I will go back again! read more

The service was great, I felt at ease during my treatment, the staffs were great, I will be getting more services done with them. The clinic is really clean and nice too. read more

Ideal Image Canton - Laser Hair Removal Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

Just wanted you to know I am not happy with paying 1000.00 for your service, I had Botox done and filler on my lips, some inside bumps on my lips, no change whatsoever. Really no change. not a happy customer. read more

Just wanted to know pricing, but they won't text you or share pricing other than calling you 150 times a day at horrible times to call. Idk who is in charge of marketing, but this is horrible. Put base prices on website, do IN PERSON consultations, and discuss promotions IN PERSON. Having 500 different people call and leave voicemails is a major turn off and will not be doing business with this company. read more

Their customer service is better than Towson. I was super nervous from my underarm laser being painful and the woman who did my bikini laser was super patient and everything went smoothly! Thank you! read more

I could not be happier with my first-time experience at Ideal Image. Amanda S. exceeded my expectations. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I am already scheduled for another service. Thanks again Amanda! read more

BETHESDA, BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU SIGN! SEE ATTACHED. Also, Google their name with the Better Business Bureau. They have victimized many people. SCAM ALERT!!! THEY STOLE $1,000 FROM ME. They are the McDonald's of skincare, except McDonald's has a price list and you know what you are going to get! The employees on the image they use for promotion is fake and not the vibe you get when you walk in. This franchise is poorly run. They've wasted hours of my time sending me through hoops and now I have to chase after an ~$1k refund. They are cheap and so is their knowledge. I love my community and neighborhood and can't wait to see this franchiser flop and get out of town. Samantha (the so called aesthetician) has a child like mentality and has to consult her boss for everything she does. That immediately tells me that she has no expertise on skin OR only makes decisions based on the franchisees contract, not the customers needs. The employees are the franchisees commodities and can be easily replaced. This business model is not sustainable, not for the type of service they offer. If you like cheap though, go for it. I'm all about having a great customer experience and quality, reputable expertise. Also, it's a red flag when they sell you packages without evaluating your skin needs. Come on Bethesda, we are smarter than that! UPDATE: They told me to take this down or they wouldn't give me a refund. They literally won't treat me and they stole my money. They sent me a non-disclosure to sign in exchange for a refund. Is this legal?! Help! Who should I report it to? I really don't want to waste another minute on them but I feel completely violated. I'm going to the police station in the morning for consultation and we'll see if they want me to file a report. read more

I have always had a great experience with Ideal Image Canton. From the beginning with my virtual consultation, the staff have been incredible. I've been going there for a year for laser hair removal. Great customer service. Every practitioner I've been with has been professional, safe and had a great bedside manner. read more

Date of the transaction: November 2022 The amount of money you paid the business: 2,000$ What the business committed to prived you: Ultherapy treatment What the nature of the dispute is: They didn't have available time for the treatments and we started the refund process but the refund process took 5 months already, and they refuse to refund. The case is still with Ashley P(Lead Executive Client Care Specialist) since November 2022. It has been back and forth for 5 months and they are unwilling to proceed with the refund. This is totally a scam. read more

So much sales pushing it's gross. You can get cheaper quality services elsewhere without the constant spamming. It's a no-brainer.

I just started the process of a membership for I deal Image- and after logging in they immediately contacted me and set up a convinient appt by zoom with Keyenne and she was amazing! I asked a million questions and she was so patient and friendly and helpful! If their derm services are as good as their staff I will be the happiest most brow lifted woman around! read more

DO NOT go in this place!! It is the worst service. I suffered from burns after the laser, never got refunded and never being able to cancel my subscription. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. They lied during the consultation, the facility was dirty, and it is impossible to get a hold of customer service who can actually assist. Do not use their services. SCAM alert! My partner has now wasted hours of her time trying to get refunded for a service that she was not eligible for in the first place and did not receive. It has been over a month and no one has called her back to resolve this issue and tonight she gets a call where they are trying to reschedule her for the same service in which she is ineligible. Worst Customer Service - I had a great experience at the location they were extremely friendly and kind. I lost my card and wanted to update my payment, when I called i explained my situation and they told me that I had to contact HFD, which by the way has THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced, I contacted them and let just say that the person was the rudest and was not willing to provide any assistance just kept stating that for security reasons they could not help me and that I should go on their website. I asked them for that information and they said they could not provide for security reasons but it could be because of the language barrier as he spoke to me first in Spanish. I then contact Ideal again repeating that I had need some help in updating my information and the person directed me again to HFD providing no assistance. BE AWARE that after you sign that contract ,you are on your own if you have an issue. ideal Image only cares about the sale nothing else and their partnership with HFD sucks read more

Horrible. Bait and switch. Inferior products. Extremely rude and unpleasant manager. I will tell everyone I know how terrible this company is. I understand they treat their emoloyees bad as well. Another company that will go bankrupt. Major rip off scam. Botox never kicked in. Don't waste your time or your money. read more

I signed a contract for services, if I can get in for services they are great, however scheduling is a nightmare. If you prepay for services you should not have to wait over a month past the due date of the service to get and appointment. The alternative is to have services provided at a clinic that is an hour drive (each way) away. They have said they would call if there were cancellations however month after month no one ever calls, When I called the clinic they finally had a cancellation. Unfortunately that appointment was a week before my scheduled service date and they would not perform the service so that was an hour ride for nothing. I would not recommend based on the call center and the scheduling. When you prepay for a service, you should be able to access the service without this much frustration. read more

Worst experience ever! I paid couple thousands dollars to do laser hair removal. They are so booked up that they are not able to do my treatment on time! After my fifth session the nurse told me that I should get my next session after 6 weeks only (just like after the first session) because the hair starts to grow back due to late treatments. However, they are all booked up for the next 10 weeks. I tried to talk with the manager but they didn't let me, I called the company phone number they put me on hold for more than 30 and I hanged up and didn't get to talk to anyone. AND THEY ARE STILL SALING SERVICE TO NEW CLIENTS!!! read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I presented for laser hair removal and was assured that they were familiar and well experienced with laser for Black Americans. Unfortunately, I ended up being burned severely and had to be treated at the emergency room. I am seeking a full refund as no one from corporate has reached out, or responded to my correspondence. read more

Will never use Ideal Image again! Bought a laser hair removal package right before the pandemic and because it took me more than 16 months to complete my treatment due to the pandemic and treatment delays ( recommended by the medical professional who saw me) they said my contract had expired and I could not get any more treatments without having to pay extra. I was never told by anyone in the office that I was nearing the 16 months at any point and was told to wait 6 months to come back by one of the providers when my contract was nearing expiration. They just really want to take all your money and RUN. There is def cheaper options out there. DONT BE FOOLED. read more

I recently had my first CoolSculpting session done at the Canton location and Lindsay and her team were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable as they explained the process thoroughly; and they also provided great service. This company is a complete scam . I paid for services that once seen by a licensed person they were unable to perform as the initial consult is done from a video conference by another person from their home. Ideal Image is trying to keep all my money without performing any services . DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC! I also received a call that I was completely refunded and almost 2 months later still fighting to get card refunded . Only compliment I can give is the workers are wonderful otherwise it would of been a 0 on the rating . read more

They will charge you literally thousands of dollars for treatments that don't work when they "guarantee" them. Also this office will not be return your call, nor will corporate. They also will change your appointments without notifying you. I had multiple times where they would send emails confirming it, and when I showed up they had different days and times altogether. They even called me one time to cancel my appointment and said they would reach out to reschedule it. They never did. I had to call them to reschedule, and since months had passed, apparently it nullified my contract, even though they told me they would contact me. They always blame their system. If you ever need to speak to a manager, they will just refer you to corporate, who also never returns any calls. Stay away from all these locations, especially this one. read more

I wish I had read the review before booking the consultation for my young cousins. The consultation was horrible from start to finish. Luckily we didn't go through with the service because of this. The "consultant" obviously didn't like me (someone who has gone through laser hair removal before present) there for my young cousin. She even hung up on us when we were trying to ask about the price. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. read more

I have to rave about the EXCELLENT customer service I received from ALLISON when needing to make an appointment at a location that isn't my primary one. Her supervisor/manager is very fortunate to have her on the team! read more

I had a 1pm appointment at this location at 1/23/2021. After doing some running around in the morning for a family member, I got turned around on GPS and realized I would be about 10 minutes late. I called at 12:45 and spoke to the receptionist. She told me that they do have a 15 min grace period so as long as I arrive within the grace period, I would still be able to get both of my laser treatments. She then persisted to say, "So I hope you get here before the 15min is up". Most often it is not what you say but how you say it, and I sensed a bit of annoyance on her end because I would be late. I arrived before my 15 min grace period, checked in, and she said "We will TRY to get both of your treatments done." At that point, I asked her "Try?". She said yes well your appointment was at 1pm. I mentioned that when I spoke with her she said as long as I made it within the 15 min grace period, I would be able to get both treatments. She went over to her "clipboard" and looked through the schedule and said "yes, we should be able to". She led me to the back, and upon entering the room, she introduced me to Myesha, who would be performing my laser treatments. Upon my introduction she says "This is Morgan, she made the 15 minute grace period." At this point, I am on fire. Myesha asked me how I was and said "Next time, when you are going to be late, please call ahead of time." Which let me know that the receptionist did not communicate with Myesha. I said to Myesha, "I did call.". She said "Oh you did? Ok". The first 5 or so minutes of my experience in the room, my energy was entirely off. I was a bit short because of my annoyance and and the reiteration of me being late. I have worked in the beauty industry for many years, so I understand how inconvenient it is for patrons to be late. Most often though, they do not call ahead or call at all. I got the feeling that I was being punished for being 12 minutes late. If a patron is over 15 minutes late, what do you say to them? How do you make them feel? I decided that I would not let my initial experience dictate the remainder of my session or the rest of my day for that matter. For me, it is much easier to go with the flow and not against the current. I let it go, and I could tell that Myesha was making a conscious effort to turn my appointment around. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. She IS the reason I gave 4 stars. I always have a different person when I come, but she has been my best experience thus far. As a suggestion for this location, I recommend talking to the receptionists, and encouraging them to communicate with the staff. Also, teach them to be a bit more understanding. I am not sure if she thought by continuously mentioning that I was late and was within the grace period was to deter me from being late again, as I have never been late for an appointment there before, and in fact, that last time I was there had to wait 20 min after my appointment to be seen. It could be that she had an off day, maybe she found out her boyfriend was cheating on her, or she had BV. Who knows. Either way. Myesha was great! read more

Worst PLACE ever. I come in for my appointment on time for them to tell me it's been cancel yesterday, I told them I confirmed my appt so why would they cancel they told me someone scheduled me on a Lunch, and she told me there's nothing she can do about it and tried to offer me 6-7 weeks out appointment. All they do is cancel your appointments the day before or the day of without letting you know. I came to them for help with my ingrown hairs but everytime I schedule an appointment with them they cancel. I'm never going to be able to actually finish my treatment because they always cancel and then tell me they don't have anything available until months later. Are you kidding me? So do you see how my treatment never gets complete because I'm supposed to come every 6-8 weeks but they cancel EVERYTIME! I've had a ABSOLUTELY horrible experience with ideal image. Idk if it's because I'm a black woman. The nurse practitioners are stuck up. I tried to be so patient with them because I work in healthcare oncology and I just can't no more I WANT A REFUND because I couldn't finish my treatment . I been spending all this money monthly and I'm not even getting any treatments done. Fuck that shit I want all my money back I'll go to another laser place you guys are horrible and really don't care for their patients. NOT ONCE DID THEY APOLOGIZE ! I made a complaint before about this same thing and the customer service offered me extended contract because they even know my treatments should technically have been done but it's not because they keep scheduling. Now I accepted the extended contract but here we go again, I show up to my appointment just for them to say my appt is canceled ! read more

I booked a brow lift with them because that's what the consultant REFEREED ME TO. I then go in for my appointment and they said they can't do what I want after I spent 30 minutes explaining on the consult what I wanted, and she said that was fine. They said they could only refund me and that the refund would take WEEKS. This place is a scam, go someplace else for your services. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The service is horrible. My consultant, Brielle, stopped replying to my email for services. There is no local email for each location so you cannot escalate your concerns. Little care is given to their customers. Often times my appointments were canceled or rescheduled the day of my scheduled services. read more

I never write reviews, but hopefully this saves someone else from wasting thousands of dollars like I did. The customer service not only at this location but the company as a whole is non existent! I have called, left voicemails, emailed to either be ignored completely or been at most told my concerns are important to them and that someone will get back to me, and then heard nothing for MONTHS now. Seriously, look into somewhere else. Personally, I'd rather pull every hair out of my body one by one myself before I'd give this company another cent for laser hair treatment and deal with their beyond unprofessional "customer service". read more

They were really solid and consistent at first, but over the past 10 months, I've had 3 appointments cancelled without notification, an appointment cancelled because of a COVID case, and they are so booked up that it is impossible to get an appointment for literally months and months. After appointments they don't even book your next appointment at that time, but say someone will call you in 2 weeks to schedule your next appointment, and then no one ever calls. I swear the phones are just for show because if you try to call them, the calls are routed to another center and of course no one can help you there so they say they'll pass on the message and then no one calls you back or follows up. The contract that I signed is only for a set time-frame of 16 months, but at this rate I'll be lucky to even get another appointment before the end of the time period. Huge waste of thousands of dollars. read more
