They are the McDonald's of skincare, except McDonald's has a price list and you know what you are going to get! The employees on the image they use for promotion is fake and not the vibe you get when you walk in. This franchise is poorly run. They've wasted hours of my time sending me through hoops and now I have to chase after an ~$1k refund. They are cheap and so is their knowledge. I love my community and neighborhood and can't wait to see this franchiser flop and get out of town. Samantha (the so called aesthetician) has a child like mentality and has to consult her boss for everything she does. That immediately tells me that she has no expertise on skin OR only makes decisions based on the franchisees contract, not the customers needs. The employees are the franchisees commodities and can be easily replaced. This business model is not sustainable, not for the type of service they offer. If you like cheap though, go for it. I'm all about having a great customer experience and quality, reputable expertise. Also, it's a red flag when they sell you packages without evaluating your skin needs. I lost my card and wanted to update my payment, when I called i explained my situation and they told me that I had to contact HFD, which by the way has THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced, I contacted them and let just say that the person was the rudest and was not willing to provide any assistance just kept stating that for security reasons they could not help me and that I should go on their website. I asked them for that information and they said they could not provide for security reasons but it could be because of the language barrier as he spoke to me first in Spanish. I would give them zero stars if I could. They lied during the consultation, the facility was dirty, and it is impossible to get a hold of customer service who can actually assist. Do not use their services. SCAM alert! My partner has now wasted hours of her time trying to get refunded for a service that she was not eligible for in the first place and did not receive. I signed a contract for services, if I can get in for services they are great, however scheduling is a nightmare. If you prepay for services you should not have to wait over a month past the due date of the service to get and appointment. The alternative is to have services provided at a clinic that is an hour drive (each way) away. They have said they would call if there were cancellations however month after month no one ever calls, When I called the clinic they finally had a cancellation. Unfortunately that appointment was a week before my scheduled service date and they would not perform the service so that was an hour ride for nothing. I would not recommend based on the call center and the scheduling. When you prepay for a service, you should be able to access the service without this much frustration. read more

After my fifth session the nurse told me that I should get my next session after 6 weeks only (just like after the first session) because the hair starts to grow back due to late treatments. I was never told by anyone in the office that I was nearing the 16 months at any point and was told to wait 6 months to come back by one of the providers when my contract was nearing expiration. They also will change your appointments without notifying you. I had multiple times where they would send emails confirming it, and when I showed up they had different days and times altogether. I had to call them to reschedule, and since months had passed, apparently it nullified my contract, even though they told me they would contact me. They always blame their system. I come in for my appointment on time for them to tell me it's been cancel yesterday, I told them I confirmed my appt so why would they cancel they told me someone scheduled me on a Lunch, and she told me there's nothing she can do about it and tried to offer me 6-7 weeks out appointment. All they do is cancel your appointments the day before or the day of without letting you know. I came to them for help with my ingrown hairs but everytime I schedule an appointment with them they cancel. I'm never going to be able to actually finish my treatment because they always cancel and then tell me they don't have anything available until months later. Are you kidding me? So do you see how my treatment never gets complete because I'm supposed to come every 6-8 weeks but they cancel EVERYTIME! I've had a ABSOLUTELY horrible experience with ideal image. Idk if it's because I'm a black woman. The nurse practitioners are stuck up. I had a 1pm appointment at this location at 1/23/2021. After doing some running around in the morning for a family member, I got turned around on GPS and realized I would be about 10 minutes late. I called at 12:45 and spoke to the receptionist. She told me that they do have a 15 min grace period so as long as I arrive within the grace period, I would still be able to get both of my laser treatments. She then persisted to say, "So I hope you get here before the 15min is up". Most often it is not what you say but how you say it, and I sensed a bit of annoyance on her end because I would be late. I arrived before my 15 min grace period, checked in, and she said "We will TRY to get both of your treatments done." At that point, I asked her "Try?". She said yes well your appointment was at 1pm. I mentioned that when I spoke with her she said as long as I made it within the 15 min grace period, I would be able to get both treatments. She went over to her "clipboard" and looked through the schedule and said "yes, we should be able to". She led me to the back, and upon entering the room, she introduced me to Myesha, who would be performing my laser treatments. Upon my introduction she says "This is Morgan, she made the 15 minute grace period." At this point, I am on fire. Myesha asked me how I was and said "Next time, when you are going to be late, please call ahead of time." Which let me know that the receptionist did not communicate with Myesha. I said to Myesha, "I did call.". She said "Oh you did? Ok". The first 5 or so minutes of my experience in the room, my energy was entirely off. I was a bit short because of my annoyance and and the reiteration of me being late. I have worked in the beauty industry for many years, so I understand how inconvenient it is for patrons to be late. Most often though, they do not call ahead or call at all. I got the feeling that I was being punished for being 12 minutes late. If a patron is over 15 minutes late, what do you say to them? How do you make them feel? I decided that I would not let my initial experience dictate the remainder of my session or the rest of my day for that matter. For me, it is much easier to go with the flow and not against the current. I let it go, and I could tell that Myesha was making a conscious effort to turn my appointment around. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. She IS the reason I gave 4 stars. I always have a different person when I come, but she has been my best experience thus far. As a suggestion for this location, I recommend talking to the receptionists, and encouraging them to communicate with the staff. Also, teach them to be a bit more understanding. I am not sure if she thought by continuously mentioning that I was late and was within the grace period was to deter me from being late again, as I have never been late for an appointment there before, and in fact, that last time I was there had to wait 20 min after my appointment to be seen. It could be that she had an off day, maybe she found out her boyfriend was cheating on her, or she had BV. Who knows. Either way. Myesha was great! read more

They were really solid and consistent at first, but over the past 10 months, I've had 3 appointments cancelled without notification, an appointment cancelled because of a COVID case, and they are so booked up that it is impossible to get an appointment for literally months and months. After appointments they don't even book your next appointment at that time, but say someone will call you in 2 weeks to schedule your next appointment, and then no one ever calls. I swear the phones are just for show because if you try to call them, the calls are routed to another center and of course no one can help you there so they say they'll pass on the message and then no one calls you back or follows up. The contract that I signed is only for a set time-frame of 16 months, but at this rate I'll be lucky to even get another appointment before the end of the time period.
