Reviewing the service department: Outstanding customer service! I had an issue with my car, where a box labeled "smart PCU" all of a sudden started dangling over my left foot. It was within 45 mins from when they closed when I called them, and they agreed to take a quick look at it, as I really needed to use my vehicle for work that evening. They fixed the issue the same day, and didn't charge me anything. I also really like how you can watch your vehicle while they work on it, via the huge windows in the waiting area. I couldn't ask for better service, and would highly recommend their fancy dealership for taking your vehicle in to get serviced! read more

First and last time bringing my car here for service. The only reason I decided to try them is because they perform warranty work on the weekend. Certainly hope the work is more professional than the so called service staff. The rude and condescending attitude from the long dark haired girl in the service area was far from "Ideal". read more

Wow! I had a 5:45 car service for an oil change AND transmission fluid and I was out of there by 6:10! That's 25 minutes! Super impressed. I haven't had much luck with many Honda dealerships (see my review for Meadowvale Honda *eye roll) but damn, 25 minutes!? It's always taken AT LEAST an hour for just an oil change at all the Honda dealerships I've ever been to. The service guy that took care of me was pretty friendly. He greeted me right away when I stepped out the car. I asked him how long it would take and he said an hour to an hour and a half max. They were hella ahead of schedule! When he came to get me in the waiting area I literally said "what the hell? That was so fast". He said 3 guys worked on it, soooo ya. Fine with me! I guess they weren't that busy. I hope they keep this service up. I'm done with all the Honda dealerships in Brampton and half of Mississauga, but I think I've found my new place! Please do not fail me Ideal Honda! read more

I went for a regular service. Tipical oil and filter change. Then they said the maintenance included also break check (additional 120cad) Previous maintenance also included the break check. So I rejected it. Then when asked for the shuttle service to drive back home, the service guy said they don't do shuttle service for just an oil change. They just cataloged me as a lower level customer for just doing the oil/filter change. Also asked to get the remote ctrl battery replaced. (There was a alarm on the dashboard indicating it) They forgot to do it. I had to do it myself at home. After, they detected a nail on one tire. Then I requested to be drive back home, but the shuttle never showed up. I ended up waiting more than one hour. No complementary car wash, nothing. read more

The staff at this location is very friendly. I have leased a car from here and the sales person Azam Riffat was very good in finding us a deal to meet my budget. His service was exceptional! I also come here to service my car and its decent, there are no deal but the service is seamless and they don't to play around with words and ripe you off as the other Mississauga Honda location. They don't have an in house car wash, so there will be no complimentary wash. They also have a nice mini waiting lounge area for people waiting, which includes a TV (sports or new playing), Free Wifi, Magazines, New papers and kids play area. read more

Ideal Honda - Car Dealers Near Me - Mississauga, Ontario

Having issue with my 2018 CR-V, steering wheel stiff and jerk. I looked into Honda forums, youtube videos and also brought it to 3 different and personally well known 'HONEST' mechanics and all of them didn't charge me and told me to brought it to honda again to get warranteed, because it's faulty steering rack part. There is even safety recall. You know it's steering rack problem, YOU KNOW IT..... I have also bought odyssey from this dealer after my CR-V, because I was thankful that this dealer have done warranty job on my previous Accord, even I didn't bought that car from this dealer. Disgusted on service dept trying to squeeze the customers hard earned money during this covid-19 when the trust is issue in society. You just lost a long-term Honda fan, and embassador. I will be the the embassador for no Honda and no Ideal. Untrustworthy, car that comes with full of defects, and Dealer trying to just reach out for the pocket of average Joe. I will put it up on the forum, make a youtube video, tell all my friends, family, relatives and strangers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ATTbzzMM7YQ https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/2018/RCRIT-18V663-1854.pdf https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w5x_CaVHXmM read more

I would like to thank the Ideal Honda Service Team for bringing safety, peace of mind, and reassurance to my household. God bless you and yours forever and always. You will have a customer for life! cant get through to anyone on the phone in parts or service. and when I get through to sales they are a useless help and do absolutely nothing. I've worked in a dealer and cannot fathom how these people are incapable of answering. I had called Acura (great service) and they told me the part I needed was in stock here, the person o the phone must be new because he said they are a Honda dealer and don't sell Acura parts (acuras use Honda parts, order from my local Honda dealer everytime) so even though Acura told me they sell it and have it in stock the parts boy was very rude and incapable of finding the part read more

I was referred here because there are suppsedly good reviews online for this place. I must have read wrong or some posts are lying because this place was the pits. First of all, the dealership is small. Second, we were in there for almost five minutes and no one came to acknowledge us. Way to lose a $35,000 sale! read more

I am not the easiest buyer to deal with as I buy and sell things for a living half of my adult life. To say that I am Mr. frugal would be an understatement . I am polite but I am somewhat of a demanding customer who shops for the best deal and hopes to receive the best service; that is exactly what I got from Ideal Honda and Mr. Sergio Khatibi. Ideal Honda provided top notch VIP service beyond my expectations when I bought my Honda Odyssey this week. Sergio was helpful, patient, and honest. I did my homework before I walked in to the dealership and I was glad to speak with staff who was being straight forward with me while being super helpful. After I negotiated a fair price for the car, I was introduced to Mr. Jose Alaan, who is the Finance Manager for the dealership. He offered me some options on the vehicle purchase, without the typical high pressure tactics used by others with his job title. After the purchase, picking up the vehicle went smooth. Sergio treated me like I purchased a Boeing 747 and I was the Sultan of Brunei when I went to pick up my Odyssey. Sergio explained and walked me through the vehicle meticulously with care. I am enjoying the radio stations he programmed for me. Sergio hooked up my cell phone to the vehicle via Bluetooth. He then walked me to the service department and introduced me to the service staff who were also pleasant. Last time I purchased my Honda at another dealership, I got a thank you nod, a pat on the back, and my keys as I drove my Honda off the lot. I got whole lot more from Ideal Honda and Sergio. Thank you thank you!! I will be back for my second car at Ideal Honda for sure. Lee read more

I have been taking my car there for many years. The service is nice. I like the shuttle service and it is very convenient. I think the prices are a little higher than the other Honda dealerships for service. I don't have any complaints regarding their service. I hope it stays that way. The only issue I had was trying to get my car certified for sale and they wouldn't certify it because there was a small hole on the fog light at the bottom of the bumper. (due to a stone) Complained to the service manager and he wouldn't do it. Even though I didn't need fog lights for anything. Took my car to another mechanic to get it certified. By the way, the same manager is not there anymore. Otherwise five stars. read more

Well we bought ours first brand new Honda Odyssey 2 years ago from Ahmed Omean which by the way was very good at the time of sale. Me and my wife would always follow the service minder on the dash and took it into Ideal Honda for the service the first time at 10k. The second time my wife being short on time and having to care for three children decided to take it into Mr Lube inside Walmart. Well at around 15k the car had a bit of a shake on the steering wheel which i thought was a bit odd from a new vehicle, I've had older vehicles with 100k + that didn't experience this. I decided than to look this up online and to my surprise its ongoing problem on the Odysseys that people have being experiencing. So i told my self on my next service ill take it in personally and explain the problem to the Technician. Well that's where my satisfaction ended. From the moment i walked in i notice a bit of a hesitation for the techs to help me (made an appointment) so i reached out to Nick and he asked me if i had done the B service in that location in which i replied "no" my wife took it to Mr. Lube. From that moment his attitude changed and told me because i took it there the shake on my steering wouldn't be covered. I told him it was outrageous and i wanted to see where it says that, he said its in your Manual i asked him if he could show me and he replied " IM NOT IN SALES GO SPEAK TO A SALES REP FOR THAT ". So Asked to speak to a sales rep which told me i had to speak to the service Manager which was on a "meeting". So i waited for 25min just to speak to a sales rep which basically listened to my concern and basically told me there wasn't much he could do but he's going to try something for me. Two hours later i received a price of over $600 dollars for Maintenance + Repairs with and that was with a %10 discount. So here I am 2 years later and I am spending $630 on a New Honda. They claim it wasn't covered because i took it somewhere else for service but the truth is they weren't going to cover it anyways. For that reason, i feel ripped off and mislead, when i bought the car no one told me i had to come to this location for service or else things wouldn't be covered under warranty. Beware if you are buying an Odyssey any time soon this is an ongoing problem (search it "shaking on the steering wheel") and Dealers like IDEAL HONDA are trying to avoid repairing it without you paying. read more

I don't recommend going to Ideal Honda. Their after sales service sucks. I have been trying for almost 4 weeks to speak with my rep Eric and I always get some excuse or he doesn't call back when he says he will and doesn't answer my calls. Someone hire up better reach out to me soon or I will get a lawyer involved. read more

These guys are cons, charging exorbitant amounts for their service and lying about what needs to be done with the car. On top of that, the staff are dismissive with only a select few coming across well. Make sure if you need work done on your car that you find a shop through a referral and don't feel obligated to go here. Alternatively, if you have a new Honda and want Honda service, go to Toronto Honda. Their level of service is amazing and they show integrity. I didn't think dealerships still offered that, but they definitely do. read more

Worst service experience at Ideal Honda! Took my vehicle here to changed my winter tires with my summer tires which was stored at their warehouse, 2.5 hours to change four tires and they even insist their was nail in one of the summer tire for some unknown reason (perfectly fine before the winter season) I double check all tires PSI before the swapped. Plus the summer tires rims were all scratches and rusted!! If anyone want their brand new wheels and rims scratch then bring it to this POS Ideal Honda dealership for service. Totally incompetent service advisors and high school technicians changing tires. Mark my word, I won't come back to this sh$thole dealer. Karma is coming and this Honda place will shutdown, avoid at all cost. Wonder how many customers they lost with these terrible service! Going to Nunber 7 Honda dealer from now on. Thanks Mark for nothing! read more

My car stopped in the middle of the road with "battery not charging" light so I towed and left it at Ideal Honda for service. They called me and said the battery was the problem. I suggested the technician to check the alternator as well since charging start from alternator. They said they tested and it was in very good conditions and suggested to shampoo the engine as well. When I picked up my car the engine was not shampooed even why I was charged for it. 4 days later my car light "battery not charging" came again and I stopped in the middle of 401 with all my family inside. I had to tow my car again and go to another Honda dealer. First thing they said after checking was the alternator problem. When I called Ideal honda they still tried to blame me for their mistakes. read more

I was there yesterday around 10:20 AM to perform a product update service on my vehicle and I told them I'm going to wait and they finished it in half an hour. I had my first service (oil change, fix TPMS indicator and install new wipers . I bought a 2016 Honda CR-V from a very helpful guy, Ameer Hameed, more than 2 months back . I had to stay back a bit to finish my reading. Thanks for a fast, and efficient service . read more

Good Service. Nice pickup and drop facility helps to complete service while on the job.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Eric Yin and General Manager, Solomon. Although I did not meet with Solomon face to face, his transparency and patience was appreciated as this was my first vehicle purchase. Eric was always available via email or phone call when I needed some clarity about payments, and insurance. Their new facility is spacious and VERY VERY modern! Would not hesitate to come back to this dealership! read more

I leased my car from here and there was a promotion going through Honda for leased cars. When I asked about that promotion they told me that it was for existing Honda customers. I believed them and did not get that promotion of $1000 off. After few days my friend bought the same car from Milton Honda and they gave him the promotional price. When I called Ideal Honda back they said the deal is closed and we cant do anything now. I was shocked how they lied on my face to avoid giving me promotional price. I have already recommended so many people not to buy from them and know of 5 people who bought from somewhere else after listening to my experience. I would suggest do your research and do not believe what they say. Also they force you to buy Global eye which no other dealer forces so don't fall for that. read more

Sales department tried to scam me. Rude salesperson Jayakumar (Jay/Roger) Nadarajah knew my situation and did not call me back, then hung up the phone on me. Assistant sales manager Adam Strazzeri used many sales tactics and words (ex. i'm giving you the deal i would give my mother) to try to make you feel good. Sales Manager Solomon Ali has no regard for high value clients, and chose to help choose parking spots for cars instead of meeting with me to diffuse the situation. Told me to wait a 1/2 hour to have a talk, while he directed cars to parking spots. Overall, they will say everything nice to get you to sign, but will be rude, disgusting, unavailable, and dishonest afterwards. Reading the reviews on their service dept. i'm glad i didn't purchase a vehicle from them. It's worth the drive to another honda dealer, there are many nearby. read more

5 star service. I really would love to recomend this dealership to all my family and friends. They are so helpful. Especially Mr. Jay. He helped us a lot on purchasing our new car. Went here on Sept 1, 2017 looking to buy a used Honda CR-V. The salesperson came to the lot to see us did not introduce himself or talk to us. He just followed us around and told us the price of the vehicles when we asked. Very unfriendly and we did not feel welcomed here. We ended up getting buying a CR-V from Lakeshore honda instead. read more

My husband and I went to this dealership looking for a new car (just got into an accident car is a write off). We walked into the dealership and began looking around, trying to look for prices. Not one sales person came over....another few minutes nothing.....then finally a sales man walked by (didn't stop and didn't ask if we needed help) but said hi and just kept on walking. We saw other sales people talking and laughing in the offices at one point one person came out and walked past us (we were getting excited nope....he went to get a chair to take it back to his office to continue to talking to his colleagues). So we went to the front desk (where we hoped that the lady who should have greeted us would be a little more helpful). Well we were WRONG! She barely looked up, yelled at somebody to help us and said nothing else. What kind of service is this.....shame on you Ideal Honda, and the sad part is, we talked to other people who had purchased Honda cars (from OTHER Honda dealerships recently) and they said that they were ignored too by Ideal Honda! I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM IDEAL HONDA...AND I WILL ENCOURAGE ANYBODY WHO IS IN THE CAR MARKET TO BUY THEIR CARS ELSEWHERE! read more

HORRIBLE and TERRIBLE experience. I would advice my worst enemy to buy from them... that would be the best revenge. CONS, CHEATERS, LIERS and what not. I booked an Odyssey (top model), I was promised that it will be delivered after 2 days. 12 days have already passed and there is zero hope that I will get it. I have been chasing them feverishly but to no gain. I might forget about about my $1000 and look elsewhere soon. NEVER EVER go there read more

Terrible Customer Service. I got email confirmation about the charges for a lease transfer with detail of my situation, and when I speak to the representative at Honda, they apply random charges on me. TOTOALLY RIP OFF! read more

When it comes to Sales you guys are great and when it comes to service you guys are worst in the automotive service industry in Canada. First - my CRV 2014 battery was gone in 3 years and I had to buy a new one from your service which is ridiculous (probably you guys using the same cheating technique like Apple so that customer buys new batteries in every 3 years). 2nd- Today I went with my 2016 Civic for an oil change which I bought just 12 months ago with 20K mileage and I was informed that I had to pay $235 for brake service. Is the brake gone in 12 months? and how my warranty works then. You have an Asst Manager (British accent) who has no training on customer service and who did not give me a reasonable answer rather left me without a resolution. 3rd- I paid $15.00 on November 11, 2017 for a colour paint pen and your parts supposed to call me when it arrives. No one called and I asked Parts to check if it arrives, then the person who took the order said that he couldn't check without a receipt. Then comes the Asst Manager Maggie Farhat who instantly with RUDENESS told me that "WITHOUT RECEIPT OUR POLICY DO NOT ALLOW US TO HELP YOU". I told her just check, I am not picking it up without receipt just check if the part arrived. She gave me all her unprofessionalism, uncourteousness and I felt she might be a very unhappy employee that you have. I call 680 news to report Honda's cheating business on parts replacement so quickly, if we dont then warranty goes. Anyway, is customer loyalty (who bought 4 +1 new vehicle within 3 years) not at all important to your dealership than a receipt? Why your employee like Maggie is not happy, don't you train them on Customer SErvice at all? Don't you think customer like me is important? How Maggie Farhat is being employed with so much rudeness to shed on the customer. I will share this review with all existing sites and I already let 680news know these experiences. AND I will never consider another Honda in my household read more
