(Address is 1122 Westport Cres, Missisauga) This dealership is presented well, although after a short period of time I had come to realize how unprofessional they were, and how suspicious some of the salesmans were. I was lied to about certain conditions of vehicles, when I found out myself the salesman would always try to make the issue of the vehicle seem extremely minor, when surely it wasn't the case. I purchased a vehicle with compromise that a few things to the car would be done, to find out from their mechanics the day of pick up that they were never requested to do any work, and the salesman lied to my face after talking to the mechanic saying that he does not know what the what the mechanic was talking about. The mechanic agreed to buff the bumper and within 5 minutes the car looked 10x better. When I bought the car, a few days later my check engine light came on. I brought it in to my personal mechanic who is a close friend of mine, who owns his own business, and was told that it was the catalytic converter and told to take it back to the dealership. The salesman who sold me the car at Tabangi, tried blaming me for putting the wrong type of gas in the car, when I never had the chance to put gas since I had purchased. My mechanic said that for the catalytic converter to go it must have been an ongoing issue, before I purchased the vehicle, therefore would not have passed a proper safety test, and with his professional opinion he believed the car wasn't safetied legally. I brought the car and left it there at the dealership for them to figure out the issue. They told me nothing was wrong with the car and it was not the catalytic converter and 5 days later I was able to pick it up. The second I got there, the manager started up my car and said the light was back on and that he was going to change the catalytic converter (PS I THOUGHT IT WASN'T THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER???) I then went back home in an uber and a week later I picked up the car. To find garbage and crumbs all inside of my car, and an empty gas tank and was told an employee took my vehicle home with them. I then had to wait another hour for them to fill my tank and detail the car. Two days later the light came back on, furiously I brought the car back in threatening to go to the BBB, and instantly they offered, and did so buy the car back at full price including taxes. What dealership buys a car back? That's how you know the car had ongoing issues, and were worried for liability reasons. I do not recommend this dealership, I had a terrible experience and I do not trust anything about this dealership.

I initially visited to check out the K4 GT-Line, but right away, the sales rep gave me the runaround. He said they only had one in stock and that someone was coming to look at it on Saturday--as if that was somehow my problem or relevant to my visit. Regardless, I asked if we could proceed with the test drive, and he agreed. Then, suddenly, there was an "inventory error", and the car I came to see wasn't even available. Instead, he offered the EX model, which was fine--I test-drove it, and everything went smoothly. Afterward, I asked for pricing on both models, and this is where the dealership's lack of professionalism really started to show. The sales rep goes to the sales manager for pricing, returns, and gives me the numbers. He then goes back again to get pricing. At this point, I mentioned a demo model listed on their clearance board and asked for its pricing as well. instead of doing his job properly, he sits in his chair and lazily says, "Oh, it's almost the same." Excuse me? A demo model vs. a brand-new car should NOT have the same price. I had to push him to actually do his job and get the correct pricing. He finally goes back, but this time, he returns with the so-called "sales manager"--only to tell me that the demo model was already sold out. Well then, UPDATE YOUR BOARD. Why is a sold-out car still being advertised? This just shows how unorganized and misleading this dealership is. Then, the real disaster happens. The sales manager--instead of offering assistance--jumps straight into high-pressure tactics, asking: "Can we do something to finalize a deal today?" I responded NO, because I planned to make my final decision next week. That should have been the end of the conversation. But no--he kept pushing. He asks, "Just curious, why?" (As if I owe him an explanation.) I simply said, "I have some things to take care of." (Which, again, is none of his business.) Then he gets even more condescending, saying, "Oh, just wondering--people usually come in when they're ready to buy." At this point, I called him out and asked, "Is there a problem if I came in a week early?" Instead of answering like a professional, he backtracks and tries to gaslight me, saying: "Why are you getting defensive? We're just trying to get to know each other." What a joke. First, he questions my reason for being there and pressures me to buy. Then, when I push back, he acts like I'm the problem? This is NOT how you treat customers. Stay Far Away If this is how this KIA dealership treats serious buyers, I can't even imagine how much worse their after-sales service must be. The sales rep was lazy and unhelpful, the inventory was mismanaged, and the sales manager was outright rude, pushy, and condescending. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. There are plenty of dealerships that will respect you, provide honest service, and actually appreciate your business. This Kia dealership is not one of them. Take your money elsewhere.

Lets start with buying a new used car. Their show room is HUGE and indoor. You feel relaxed to walk around and sit in cars of interest. A sales person will come and check in but they do not hover over you through out your potential shopping/ buying experience. Once you are ready to test drive a car or two or 3... simply find a sales person and ask for a test drive. It would only be fair to find the sales person who approached you and introduced themselves to you as they are on commission. If you decide to buy... they have a very knowledgeable finance team to get you the best deal possible. The whole experience really is effortless. Service/ Detailing... Navine and Mike are the best. Their technicians are always so clean with your car and leave everything as you left it. The repair facility is so clean.. I dont see that too often. Very organized and well ran. Leave your car or wait in their waiting area... have a coffee or tea. Great place for all your automotive buying or servicing needs.

The Service + Parts Department opens at 8 so I went first thing. This location is very clean and staffed very well. As soon as I got here, there was someone to assist me immediately. He examined my car to determine what needed to be done. After I paid for the repairs, there was another staff member who walked me to where my car was parked. This spring, I noticed a significant drop in fuel efficiency on my 2022 RAV4 Hybrid. When I called the service department, I was told by Albert that my mileage was "normal" and similar to his own. I followed up with a detailed email to the service manager requesting diagnostics -- but received no response at all. I then took the vehicle to another Toyota dealership, where they performed a throttle body and EFI system cleaning. The issue was immediately resolved, and fuel economy returned to normal -- confirming there was a clear and demonstrable cause. While I'm still happy with my RAV4 and plan to stick with Toyota, I've lost confidence in Mississauga Toyota's service support and will be purchasing my next vehicle from a different dealership.
