I don't usually post reviews online. But, if I can save one person from the nightmare I went…read morethrough then it is time well spent. FLOOR CONNECTIONS, LLC located at 507 E MAIN STREET, BATTLE GROUND, WA is by far the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to work with. The only reason I have given them one star is because I'm required to, so I can post a review. Due to Floor Connections subpar/shoddy work, price gouging and shady business practices I was forced to file a claim against them with the Oregon Contractors Board. In addition, I filed a Small Claims suit in Clackamas County (the County where the work was performed) that eventually went before a Circuit Court Judge. The Judge ruled in my favor and I was awarded a judgement in the amount of $10,585.52. The owners of Floor Connections (Jason Aw and Poh Aun Aw) never acknowledged the judgement, so I therefore had to file a claim against their surety bond in order to get paid. Their insurance company paid the claim. My suggestion to anyone reading this is run as fast as you can from Floor Connections and find a reliable and legitimate company for your flooring needs.

Since I only needed a small quantity, I was hoping to find leftover materials from someone's project. That's when I came across Project Floors' post about having remnant pieces available, so I decided to stop by--and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked into the store, I could tell this was a special place. The space has a great vibe, with amazing art and aesthetics that reflect a true appreciation for design and quality. To me, that's always a good sign--it shows that the people behind the business genuinely care about their work. Matt was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he help me find the perfect flooring (in a very cool color-way called 'seashell'), but he also gave me valuable tips on how to install it myself. He even went the extra mile by helping me source the necessary tools and materials to get the job done right. Compared to big-box flooring stores, Project Floors offers a truly personal, human experience--something that's becoming rare in today's consumer-driven world. I'll be telling everyone I know about this awesome company. Thanks, Matt!
