I have to say, the place is very clean I have used many services at this place but one thing I noticed was that the staff is really inexperienced and not trained well or educated on their various services . For example, I had 4 diamond glow facials done and every time I went the facial was very different from the last I did not see results when I brought up my complaint, after the second facial was really not the way the sales person explained initially they assured me that there was a reason why the last aesthetician was fired. my skin ended up breaking out two of the four times and they claimed it was because my skin was purging but I think it's because the products were either too harsh or I was allergic to something that they used in two out of the four facials. Again if they are analyzing my skin correctly why are they using different products each time ? The main reason why I won't go back and don't advise anyone to go to them is because they convinced me to try the virtue RF treatment, they quoted me a price half the price of the actual price so I came back with the amount of money for a package but then found out that was the price of only one treatment , so since I went all the way over there I figured ok let me try one treatment , the owner who did my treatment didn't even ask me my main concern just did the procedure, at the end it wasn't what was described weeks prior by the girl behind the desk or by a friend who has it done at a dermatologist's office in great neck . So I called the company of the machine to ask what a treatment consisted of ... well it consists of 3 rounds of the face with the attachment especially around the eye area ... I on the other hand only got 2 rounds on the face and one around the eye for the same price ... this why I saw no results even months later ( when you are suppose to see results ) when most people do see results after one treatment . So I called 2x to speak to the owner, no call back , then I went in to explain this to her , she told at first she would call the company with me because they are wrong everyone gets a different amount of rounds , so I told yes let's call them , she literally told she had to go cause another client was coming and that she could call all of a sudden , I waited for her to finish and she was taking forever so I left and told them to please call me so we can call the company together and figure this out . No care in the world they never called me or the company and didn't even care losing a customer . I didn't even ask back for the money I paid for 1 treatment I just wanted her to give me the 3rd round with the attachment on the face and the 2nd And 3rd round on the eye area that she didn't do . But instead they chose to lose a customer. So I'm in the process of looking for a new place because I heard when the virtue rf is done correctly it really gives you great results with your skin . read more

I got botox done here for the first time. The process felt very rushed but that was alright. The problem I had was that I was told that I would see results in 7-10 days, but after my initial swelling went down, there was no change in my appearance. I waited two weeks (14 days) before calling and speaking to a receptionist, explaining that I didn't see any difference in my "before" and "after," with the hope that I could be seen again at least just to see what was up. But, I was told that I if I wanted to see Melissa again, it would be another $50 on top of whatever I was going to be charged for a redo injection. That really soured the experience for me all together. No thanks. I reached out to another spa to get the work redone, and not only was *that* consultation free, but the PA at this other place said that if I was unhappy with my initial results, I could come back at no additional cost. Additionally, the Groupon I had purchased didn't correlate with what was received (in terms of units promised)- so in the end, I wound up spending the same amount as I normally would. Came here after purchasing a Groupon for the second time for this place. It said on my Groupon deal that it could be repurchased every 90 days. Melissa, the owner refused to honor the deal, saying it was a mistake on Groupons end. She did not offer me any good deal instead, as this was clearly not my fault.
