I worked with Tequila for my deep cleaning which can be very painful. She was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, wasn't unnecessarily rough, and was extremely efficient. I was in and out in less than 30mins. Deep cleans have to be done in 2 visits so I made sure to request her for the second session as well. I strongly suggest that you request Tequila but not on any of my visit days because she is already booked. Haha!

This "business manager" provides the same two canned responses to most reviews and "manages" multiple facilities/chains throughout Georgia and Florida, all of which have one to two star ratings. Right now I am fighting an infection, which my original dentist had to prescribe an antibiotic, because for some reason the endo that performed the root canal did not. I stopped going to this practice a couple of years ago after witnessing the staff loudly and openly arguing in front of patients during my last visit. My husband remained a long-term patient, but after his recent experience, he is leaving as well.Last April, my husband had a crown placed that was noticeably lighter than the rest of his teeth. When he pointed out the mismatched color, the technician dismissed his concern by claiming the material would eventually stain. They handed him a mirror and asked if he could see it when he smiled. While he could not see it with a normal smile, it was highly noticeable when he pulled his lip down. The dentist then came in, asked the same question, and insisted you couldn't see it rather than actually fixing the mistake. To make matters worse, I recently discovered an undisclosed $100 charge from that same visit. The amount he paid at the counter did not match our insurance company's Explanation of Benefits (EOB). When I called to ask about the discrepancy, the staff member was rude, defensive, and refused to listen. She claimed the $100 fee was for "upgraded materials" that they intentionally do not bill to insurance. It is frustrating that they completely neglected to ask him if he even wanted this unbillable upgrade, as he never would have agreed to it. They simply slipped this fee into his paperwork without any clear, verbal disclosure. Charging patients for unrequested upgrades, delivering sub par dental work, and treating concerned family members with hostility is unacceptable. Please check your teeth and your insurance EOBs closely if you use this office.

The office is really nice and modern. The staff is AMAZING. They were able to get me a new crown in less than 2 weeks to replace a crown I had done in California (which was improperly fitted and causing a lot of sensitivity) . My new crown is great, no sensitivity or issues flossing, and I can finally chew on that side of my mouth again! On September 21, 2026, my 8:00 AM appointment was rescheduled because Dr. Taylor was having vehicle issues. I was asked to move my appointment to 1:30 PM, to which I agreed. While I was on my way, I was called again and asked to move it to 4:45 PM, which I also agreed to. While on my way a second time, the appointment was canceled entirely. Today, September 22, 2026, I received a call at 9:43 AM asking if I could come in at 1:00 PM. I agreed once again. Due to traffic, I arrived and checked in at 1:21 PM, only to be turned away and told that Dr. Taylor could not see me due to the office's grace period policy. They are hard to get on the phone also. When I show up after taking time off from work, all they do is reschedule. I called corporate in December, after the 2nd time it happened. They said they'd have someone call me. I finally got a call from the office manager in late February after calling corporate and the location again. When I called to schedule a new appointment (this is still from what I was supposed to have done in November), I was told that I'd have to have a totally different service since I hadn't been seen in 6 months. I had fillings done that were not completed properly, and I continued to experience pain afterward. I returned to the office multiple times to report the pain and discomfort, but my concerns were not adequately addressed. Rather than identifying the actual cause, I felt my symptoms were dismissed, and the problem remained unresolved. After seeking a second opinion from another dentist, I learned that the fillings had not been done correctly and needed to be completely replaced. The new dentist also identified the source of the pain based on my X-rays, which had not been correctly diagnosed during my visits to this office. Unfortunately, I was not the only one in my family to have this experience. Another family member also had fillings completed here that ultimately had to be replaced by a different dentist due to poor workmanship. I understand that no dentist is perfect, but I expect concerns about ongoing pain to be taken seriously and for X-rays to be interpreted accurately when diagnosing the cause of a patient's symptoms. My experience resulted in unnecessary pain, additional dental work, and extra expense that could have been avoided.
