Jamie mowed both my front and rear lawns, edged, got the grass coming through my cracked driveway, and cleaned up with a blower. he left no clumps on either lawn and was overall thorough with all of the service he provided. i feel that the lawn care provided along with what was charged was a great value. I contracted with him to mow , edge, and to do basic weeding in the flower beds in front, and disclosed to him that if he worked out, I would consider hiring him as my lawn care company. I'm sorry to say that he was late for the initial meeting, and then again for the work. Not only that, when he arrive 30 minutes late and called me to meet him outside, he kept me waiting again as he talked on the phone. Tyreese said he charged $45/hr to mow, which I said was high, but he said it also included basic weeding and edging. However, after mowing, he said he had to come back later to complete the job because his equipment needed charging, although he had it charging on my front porch? He promised to return later that afternoon to weed, and also said he needed payment to purchase supplies. I paid him the $45, but the bottom line is he did not return to finish. When I called, he promised to be there in 30-45 minutes, but never showed--that was five days ago. I cannot in good conscious recommend him to anyone. He was unreliable and frankly, dishonest. We've had to personally shovel or pay someone else, on top of the $850 we already spent for a service that was never done. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Do not recommend.

He arrived almost 2 hours later than our arranged time. Wasn't a big deal. He did a decent job with the lights. He could not hang all the shutters due to humidity and said he would come back to finish the job. I paid him the remaining $400 when he came back July 11. On July 15, I texted Justin to let him know a shutter had come off the house, and another was close to falling off. It is now Sept. 6 and after multiple texts and several promises to return, he has not been back and has stopped responding to my messages. The second shutter did come off, as well as a third. Please do not hire Justin/Knuckle Busters. I feel bad writing a review like this, but I am not sure what else to do at this point. I feel my messages were reasonable and it's not like I hounded him every day. I just want the job I paid for to be finished satisfactorily. It's not a lot to ask for.
