DON'T LEAVE YOUR BASKET OR TROLLEY, YOU WELL GET SOME PEOPLE DIPPING THEIR HANDS IN..!! TRUST ME!!! 6.) ALWAYS TRY THEM ON BEFORE YOU BUY..!!! So, I'd say its 2 stars for selection, but an additional star for being less packed. The women's clothes selection is quite small, and the shoe selection is downright sparse. There's a better selection of sunglasses in this location, and we found some nice childrens book sets for boys and girls. Generally, I'd say to do your core shopping at nearby H&M and Next, and then stop in to TK Maxx if you have a little more time and money to kill on the off chance you find something you like.

W12 Shopping Centre for me is the older, ugly sister of Westfield London basically across the way,…read morelocated in the Shepherds Bush area of London, this mall has basically sunk into irrelevance being so close to the Westfield mall which opened in 2008, and has recently become Europe's largest shopping centre. The mall just doesn't have that nice, modern vibe, it feels old, quiet and a little run down, probably down to Westfield poaching most of the biggest brands across the way, there is a VUE cinema, a few banks and a small JD Sports (one of the few stores in the country to still have the old branding), but that's pretty much it. Most of the stores here also seem to be need of a little modernisation or improvement, including but not limited to Natwest, Santander (banks) and JD Sports. There aren't that many places to eat either, with the only big brands here being Pizza Express and Subway, there also is a Wetherspoons but that's basically a place for cheap, low-quality food and is more known for its' alcoholic beverages. Mainly the stores which remain are more "budget" stores or perhaps second-hand stores also including LIDL, CeX, Poundland and Savers. Perhaps a mall which was good in its' way, but it's been drawn into irrelevance since Westfield opened across the way, a small, old mall crying out with modernisation and for at least something unique warrants a one-star rating in my book.

Cardinal Place is a small shopping and dining complex just outside Victoria Station's Underground…read morelifts on Victoria Street and of course opposite the stunning Westminster Cathedral., it consists of a few shops, places to eat and banks including Bill's, Marks and Spencer and Lloyds, to name one of each. The complex did seem quite modern, well laid out and staffed well for a small complex of its' size, and the location being in Victoria, central London and a short walk away from Westminster (or one stoop on the tube right next to it) is pretty handy too. It might not be a huge building, and it might not offer much which can't be found not too far away (which is actually quite typical of London) but it is a cool, albeit bang-average place. 3* - Useful but doesn't particularly stand out as special.

Dreadful shopping centre full of the usual high street stores…read more Something has happened to the attitude of the centre staff here and they are no longer the friendly bunch of old. As we left we saw the security harassing 2 NHS workers that were simply sitting on the bench outside. They were told they could not sit there as it was Shopping Centre property....???! Very nasty will not be visiting here again, not even to visit the cinema even though it is our nearest 'mall'.

Either you may find the place handy ( especially if you want to kill time while waiting for your departure) or a bad suggestion if plan is to meet a date. It has the whole second floor of fast food dining options. You will see different kind of retail stores on its ground floor. Anything that you may need for your travel (out of emergency situation) can be found here. We came in here ( a walk from our hotel)as my sis -in law had rushes due to an allergic reaction and me for a replacement for the lost prescribed eye glasses reasons. We were able to see a pharmacy store that served to both our needs. Like a typical commuter station center, it also offers services like massage in a chair service, shoe shines service, flowers , etc. Only one thing that turned me off about this place, I did not like that I need to pay a coin to get into their restrooms.

The selection of clothes is stunning mix of different brands with beautiful handmade Italian shoes. I would recommend a visit as more independent shops like this should be open in our high street. The renovation simplified the internals giving a more contemporary look. The owners are really building most of the internals by themselves like the wooden shelves on the walls or the till desk. Quite remarkably I must say. There are more dressing rooms, one for the gents and two for the ladies. The menswear selection includes an organic brand called Knowledge Cotton, which clothes are gorgeous when you touch them; a local designer called Eastie Empire Tailors that produces a line of clothing taking inspiration from the old days; Superga shoes and other brands. They have an interesting selection of man caps too from a London designer called Dasmarca. The womenswear selection includes several brands like Stefanel, HunkyDory, Selected Femme, Patrizia Pepe, Jucca, Hartford and etc.. A well mixed selection of different brands that gives you the impression that everything belongs to one designer. Congratulations to the buyer. The staff is always friendly and open to have a chat explaining you the brands and why they selected them. There is no rush or push, you can try on and come back when you want, these guys are really adding a service for free for you. This is what you would call a real local shop and a real local shop service. Buy local!

The assortment of inventory is very different compared to the US, and honestly, it's not as good LOL. Also, if anyone knows the "No tag" rule at all TJX Company stores in the US. Whenever you would like to purchase something that doesn't have a tag, they try to give you the best possible price for an item that's comparable to the item. The same thing happened to me with a bracelet, and they tried to charge me 15 pounds for a bracelet that's worth 4. There were many cheaper ones all around, but of course they picked the most expensive one. . . I had to drop a star for that, but otherwise it was a cool touristy experience.
