Flew to Manila for personal matter and decided to stay at ICON timog for two.nights before I head to pampanga. Pictures looks great. Best way to communicate to customers. Service is normal at.check in. They requested me to screenshot my.booking online and email to them.....that's a first!!!! I find it comical as I asked the front desk why since they had me on their record. The lady responded "your suppose to print it when you book it". I wasn't upset as its not.her fault to respond or ask.me to email to them....its her management who trains her or its just their hotel policy. Nevertheless, check in was bland. The challenge was looking for your room in your floor that your assigned..the room number directional is so complicated that who ever.designed it.forgot that there's real travels out there who just wants to get into their room and not have to walk around the whole floor.
The next morning, I ate breakfast as it was.offered with my reservation.....nowhere to sit so I sat myself at the lobby. I sat there while I wait for my omelet to be cooked.....unfortunately I had two.servings of juice and finished my breakfast and I did not see my omelet. As I.brought my own plate back at the dining area, the cook rushed to me with the omelet. I had to turn it down as I was done eating......
Decided to write a review even though I was staying one more night and was planning to add another night. I figured I stopped expecting much from this motel.
On a positive note, the motel is very accessible to taxi, uber, grab, etc.. and is surrounded by good restaurants and entertainment. read more
