The overall facility is very clean and organized, with the children divided into appropriate age groups. The security system to get into the building makes me feel safe leaving my kids there. Beside a curriculum of learning, my twins have also experienced the tumble bus while there, weekly music classes, work on fine motor skill by playing games and climbing the rock wall that is in the gym- yes a Rock Wall, how cool is that for the kids. One of the best things is you get to keep up on what your child is doing throughout the day via emails you are sent, I know exactly what they are doing every time they switch activity/learning lesson. Only thing that bothers me is there is no snack time. My 3 yr. olds are there from 9-11:30am and there is no snack time. My kids are not big eaters when they wake up, but I know around 10pm they are hungry. I feel bad they cannot eat until I pick them up 11:30am. I wish I was able to provide a snack so that they could have a 10 minute break to refuel. Oh, and there is no "contract" at this place either, all you do is give 2 week notice should your situation change and you no longer want to attend.

I love that the kids can learn about responsibility, science, nature, and where food comes from through actual experiential play. The teachers are all warm and loving and Erica is an impressive director. Play-based and child-led learning, positive discipline, organic foods, and everything kids need for healthy development and fun. I also love that they keep me updated through an app with photos throughout the day. There is a good emphasis on community as well with activities for parents to get involved with. My only critical feedback is the building could be larger/more open (no windows in the toddler room) and they could better manage the waitlist and helping parents know when an opening is coming by requiring a commitment for the coming year like other schools do. She was also yelled at very aggressively by a grown man, the teacher assistant Mr.Joey on her second day, mind you she was 3 going on 4 at the time and it was her first time being away from her parents, HE needs to be fired and investigated because he's a very aggressive person, i witnessed him yelling at kids and I also saw him on the cameras pulling kids by the arm he should NOT be around kids, I let this incident go and try to give the school a second change, but things got worst, they change teachers about 3 times or more, there's no structure, the kids are out of control, there's VERY poor sanitation, expect your kid to be sick on the daily basis, because THEY DO NOT CARE TO KEEP A CLEAN SANITIZE AREA for the kids. NOW, the school director Amber Wussow DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, she's very under qualify, all of our incidents were reported to her (which I hope she still have them on file) And she was no help, the most we got from her was a "Sorry". I truly hope someone higher up reads this and does something about the school and the school staff. It's very sad that parents are leaving their kids in the hand of people that's not qualified enough to be around children.
