I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this daycare, especially after an incident that…read morecompletely destroyed my trust in them. My son had been attending this daycare since he was 3 months old, so I had trusted them with his care for a long time. I understand that children bite, and I understand that accidents can happen, but what matters is how the daycare handles those situations. In this case, the communication was unacceptable. My son was bitten, and when I asked how it happened, nobody could give me a clear answer. When I asked his teacher for a picture of the bite so I could see my child's injury while I was at work, I was told that I was not allowed to receive a picture because of "policy." I am paying this daycare to care for my child, and I don't think it is unreasonable to expect clear information about an injury that happened while he was in their care. The assistant director was the person I spoke with after the incident. She told me she understood why I was upset, but her actions did not make me feel like she actually understood or cared. She couldn't answer my questions and seemed more focused on getting me to sign the incident report than actually explaining what happened. The incident report documented a bite on my son's arm. When I got home, I discovered that he also had another bite on his back that I had never been told about. I immediately emailed the director about the situation. She was on vacation at the time, and when she returned, she told me she was "piecing the information together." After that, I never received a follow-up, explanation, or even a conversation about what actually happened. My son had also recently transitioned into the toddler classroom, and I was never informed that there had been a child who was biting in the classroom. Again, I understand that biting can happen with toddlers, but parents deserve transparency and communication when something like this is happening. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I had concerns about how injuries were communicated. There had been previous bumps and injuries where I felt the staff were not properly trained or communicating appropriately. What made the situation even worse was being told by the assistant director that my son doesn't cry when he gets hurt. That felt like they were trying to use my child's reaction to explain away their lack of awareness instead of taking responsibility for not knowing what happened to him. A child not crying does not mean an injury shouldn't be noticed or communicated to their parent. There are some teachers there who I genuinely liked and who I believe cared about my son, but unfortunately, the overall lack of communication and accountability outweighed the good experiences. After having my son there since he was 3 months old, it is extremely upsetting to lose trust in a place that I relied on to care for him while I was at work. I don't expect a daycare to prevent every single accident, but I do expect them to know when my child is injured, be honest about what happened, communicate with me, and follow up when a parent raises a serious concern. In this situation, I feel they failed on all of those things. I would not recommend this daycare based on my experience. My biggest issue isn't simply that my son was bitten--it is how poorly the situation was handled afterward and how little communication and follow-through I received.

One of the things that stands out to me the most is how every staff member knows every kids name. It truly feels like they care about the kids as individuals and not just as students in their classroom. The director is also amazing! She greets parents by name knows the kids well. They also have a great app where I can check in on my son and see him throughout the day, which gives me so much peace of mind. Honestly, I rarely even feel the need to check because I already know he's in good hands. The daycare is always clean. But one of the signs that we chose the right place is my son gets sad when it's time to go home! That within itself tells me everything I need to know. My husband and I are extremely grateful for the amazing care they give our sons.

Worst daycare ever. Thank god that they had cameras for me to watch, because if I didn't, my…read moredaughter, who's 3, would have stayed there and I would have hated myself for it. Long story short, My daughter was not given any attention even though she was new, the teacher was giving things for all the other kids but not my daughter. Another thing is that they were all getting ready for naps and my daughter almost slept on someone else's bed sheet instead of the one that I sent with her all because they didn't know which backpack was my daughters. For kids that age, all the kids' baba should be labeled for which child is each bag for. The room was kept messy and disgusting and was not organized at all. The whole place was so blunt and boring, it didn't even look like a kids place. So glad I found a better place for my kids. We were initially excited to get our daughter back into a Montessori setting. Upon enrollment the…read moreschool tried to overcharge us on the tuition rate. I'm not sure why they would do that. We saw the amount of the tuition multiple times. They asked us to wait as they printed us a new paper with multiple errors and wrote a higher tuition amount. We almost agreed to it because our daughter is sad at her current school. But we gave the thought some more time and consideration. We spoke to the staff and they said they would adjust their information by end of March/April to reflect the new amount. We gave them a few months to update their info because something felt slightly off. It looks like they selected us to be the family to get overcharged.

I have two daughters that attend Montessori since they were infants. The oldest is now 7. This…read moreschool is amazing and the teachers really care about all of them. Small class sizes and immersive learning styles teach them how to be engaged in what they are doing. We recently were able to sit in on a class for an hour and it's so cute seeing them all get to work on projects that they decide to do and having a snack when they want to. The are very independent while getting valuable lessons. The style in which they teach reading and math has my oldest daughter reading in a much higher level and even doing multiplication and division. They still teach cursive which I believe is a fundamental lesson that is being lost in other places. The children are so much more independent and really show care and compassion towards their fellow classmates.
