Maybe the worst meal we had in Sydney. The service was abysmal as well.
1. We had to help ourselves to water after asking numerous times and never being served any.
2. We had two gluten free people at our table and they ordered one of the two options labeled gluten free but when they served it, it came with two non gluten free sauces. They then realized the broth had to be replaced as well, due to there being gluten in there too.
3. One person ordered tempura shrimp but the shrimp were not tempura. They were fried with a noodle substance as a coating and the sauce they brought was not tempura sauce. It was soy sauce. Then they brought two different sauces to try but all the sauces were the same and they finally admitted they were all soy sauce and that was all they had.
4. We never saw our waitress again and then paid a tremendous bill, plus a large weekend fee.
If you want to pay 200-300$ for a plate of cabbage, three shrimp and a few slices of raw steak, this would be your place. I would say go elsewhere. read more
