I love that it's woman owned and Canadian. I just wish the styles were more fashionable from the cuts to the textile design. I think the owner designs the textiles and I wish they'd look around at more modern offerings for inspo. There's literally only one textile design I like, the lemons and oranges. The other textiles are very small prints without any real design point or view. So I only shop here for basics. I've never tried returning anything so can't comment on that. I spoke to Katrina who indicated to me that if we brought the pants with the receipt (but without the tabs) down to the store, we would receive the price adjustments. Base on what we were told, we headed promptly to the store. After 30 min of driving and finding parking, we made it to the store. To our annoyance, Rae at the store indicated to us we were misinformed and that he was unable to provide the price adjustments as agreed by this colleague. Even after showing my phone log and reiterating the conversation, he stood firm with his statement. We asked to speak to his manager, to which he indicated he was the only one there. My question is this event is for "Customer Appreciation". This experience alone does not make this customer appreciated at all. I'm was appalled your store did not honor what customer service representatives indicated resulting us wasting our time. I've since emailed them and am waiting to hear back as to whether or not they'll do the honourable thing and make this right ... Update: Since reaching out to their website and posting on Yelp, Lauren, the store's Shop Director contacted me to resolve the issue. I truly appreciate her doing that and it has regained my confidence in their store's customer service.

12 months later and my love affair with this little shop stands…read more Last week, I was walking the Make It Festival when the infamous Karen jumped into the aisle in front of me. Not only did she remember me (i've bumped into her a few times at the shop, but not more then a handful) but she was still the incredibly energetic, totally genuine ball of sunshine that made me RUN home to pen that first review back in January. And so, as a tip of the hat to my top service ninja of the year, I thought it be best to share some new findings at Two of Hearts: 1. Karen has a jewellery line that she sells at the shop! Go buy it and support local crafters and an all around rad person! ...I don't remember the name, because I took a business card and had her write down the specifics on a few pieces. Such organization obviously means I will lose said card within 24 hours. I do however have a note that says: "Sounds like the muppets song Mahna Mahna." Because i'm an adult. So I will take that to the Twitterverse for further investigation. Stay tuned. 2. Hats!! If you are looking for the most fabulous fall hat, go check out the Andre felt hats from Montreal. I debated over mine last January and it is singlehandedly my second favourite purchase of the year (it's tough to compete with the Fiat...) They are an excellent price (under $100), made in Canada and just classic, beautiful pieces. But if you buy the red one in the window before, I will get mad at you. Bonus points: you can't even find this line online for a better price. Tip of the hat 2ofH. 3. Bags! I have beat the s%&t out of my bag over the year - every day, dual laptop wielding and it has survived. Definitely looking a bit worse for wear, but it's held up far better then I expected, considering the price point is so reasonable. Right now, they have super awesome colours like hot pink mailbags & bright red clutches. It's a rainbow money suck! 4. Still with the awesome people. Karen isn't an anomaly here. Honest to gosh, i've had nothing but the most fabulous service every time i've gone in. Everyone who works here is all sugar & spice. ...I still have yet to find any actual clothing that fits me properly here... but I don't care. Great accessories & fab people will keep this place as a go to. *** Meiku Designs!!! ... not even close.

I usually don't need any help when I shop at lululemon, and have actually had customers, friends and clients (I'm a personal trainer) ask ME for advice or recommendations on all things lulu! I guess I do know a lot about all their products lol! I've been a loyal fan since the very first Hawaii lululemon store opened in 2008 or 2009 when I still lived in Honolulu. Anyway, my husband and I were back in Vancouver recently and were excited to do some shopping at both the Kitsilano and Robson St. stores (which we did!). I've shopped at this location many times, as I used to come to Vancouver every summer to run the SeaWheeze Half Marathon (LegaSea here!). Sheri helped me select some shorts and answer questions I had about a couple items I had saved in the app (unfortunately they didn't carry those items in-store). She took the time to chat with us about our visit to Vancouver and even about their ambassadors, which we just appreciated her being so personable. Ended up leaving with a few more items that I wasn't even planning on buying, but hey...when in Rome! Or in this case, when in Lulu! ;)

Super disappointed to see one of your employees wearing store merchandise while I was shopping…read more What made it worse was that she continued wearing it the entire time I was there. I even went back to check before leaving, and it was still on her head, complete with the tag and plastic fastener attached. Trying on store merchandise briefly is one thing. Wearing an item that's intended for sale for at least half an hour is another. The fact that the tag was still attached suggests it could very well end up back on the sales floor for a customer to purchase. I have a photo but won't post it here. However, I do think management needs to address this and better educate employees about appropriate handling of merchandise. This was clearly not a new employee, as other staff members were going to her with questions throughout my visit. I tried calling the store yesterday and again today, but nobody answered. Since I haven't been able to reach anyone directly, I'm leaving this review instead. I wear Lululemon products daily and have been a loyal customer for years. It's disappointing to see this kind of behaviour in a store environment. While I don't want to stop supporting the brand, experiences like this certainly make me consider alternatives.

But as soon as I walked in, no one greeted me or said hi. I walked around for at least 10 minutes picking a handful of clothes and upset that I haven't been acknowledged. The two girls working were talking quite loud of gossip (I didn't care about the details I was just hoping one would notice I'm carrying a pile of clothes). Eventually I just got so tired I said "Can one of you please start me a fitting room", thankfully one of them walked over. As I was browsing the store she did come over once to grab another pile of clothes from me. But no other acknowledgement, no smile or how can I help you? I do understand I look young, I am mixed race, but it's getting absurd that customer service still makes customers feel this way. It was a nice sunny day and I felt so awkward when I feel like I'm bothering staff but barely acknowledging me. And I did notice, every person who walked in after me was greeted and helped. I feel like I look old enough for someone to think I'm in my career, going into a store that I am thankful to afford, and feeling again like I'm a bother in the store. Hopefully service will be better next time.
