This sounds like a lot of complaints but my kids love it and it makes me happy to see them with friends having fun without electronics. It's a lot cheaper than other options.

However, the skating aids (the little rolling walker-type creations) were $7 a piece to rent for the evening. The women's bathroom was very clean. Interestingly, the sinks, mirrors, and hand dryers are outside of the restrooms. Inside is only the stalls. This creates a nice flow of traffic and avoids any traffic jams inside the restrooms. That said, all the preteens and teenagers had to do their primping outside the restrooms and fully visible to everyone inside the skating area. While the party included pizza and drinks, many of us bought food items from the concessions area before the food came out. The food was a bit slow coming out but everything was good and the fries were top notch! I'd definitely come back just for the arcade or just for skating. It seems that doing both would be a much larger time commitment, and enough to fill a major block in the day if you wanted.

I have been coming to this skating rink since I was a child and have consistently attended adult skate night for over a year, which is why this experience was especially upsetting to me. The first issue occurred at the snack counter around 11:49 PM. I politely asked for a cup of ice water and was told the stand was closed, even though the posted closing time was 12:00 AM. Less than five minutes later, I witnessed another customer being helped at the same counter. When I calmly asked why I had been denied service while another customer was assisted, I felt the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional. The second incident occurred on May 6th and involved my skate stoppers. One of my stoppers accidentally fell off before I could fully attach it, and I was trying to figure out a solution while also asking staff whether anyone had found the missing piece. I explained the situation respectfully and made it clear that I was not intentionally breaking the rules. However, I felt I was spoken to sarcastically and treated unfairly by a manager during the interaction. When I attempted to remove myself from the situation and seek help from another employee, I felt further confronted rather than assisted. The interaction escalated unnecessarily, and I was ultimately asked to leave and denied a refund despite trying to calmly explain my situation. I completely understand the importance of enforcing rules and maintaining safety. However, I believe all customers should be treated with fairness, professionalism, and respect. As a long-time customer who regularly supports adult skate night, I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and disappointed by how the situation was handled. There is also rock climbing, foam pits, dodge ball, and a huge jungle Jim playground with nooks to hide in so parents beware. They have some video games but some of them didn't work and they are pricey. Also no tickets for prizes. They did have an awesome cotton candy machine! Parking is right out front. Staff were friendly and helpful when games didn't work.

These contemporary igloos are the cutest thing and they're heated, which of course is a plus. It gave us a space to come and warm up in and it's perfect for a group. We even brought a speaker to curate the vibes in the igloo. They had a nice bar that you can grab drinks from as well. I ended up getting a hot toddy and box wine. The ice-skating rink itself was perfect and everything is new here so I think it's the best time to go and visit.

My friends and I rented an igloo during the winter rental season for $170ish after fees. The rental includes 2 hours in the heated igloo, 8 drinks and 8 skate admissions. We were in igloo #1, the hot air balloon theme from Flight Club. Across the street, Flight Club hooked us up with some delicious girl dinner snacks of wings + sea salt fries + truffle fries. Unfortunately you can't order over the phone, only in person, but it was just a couple minute walk over. The restaurant is super swanky inside and the food was soooo good! Ranch wings were da bomb. The ice rink is majorly improved as far as aesthetic, the lit trees in the middle make it magical at night. However, the rink seems smaller and the ice is super chunky. They do run a Zamboni but maybe not often enough. There were very light crowds the night we went so it was perfect for us! There's several fire pits and plenty of benches/chairs for seating. The drink stand has a decent selection of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks including hot cocoa. On top of all of that, everyone working down there was so nice! They even offered to extend our igloo time since we were the last ones! Can't wait to see it in the summer!

We reserved an outdoor volleyball court for a 2-hour block of time in the afternoon - the perfect amount of time for kids to play volleyball, have pizza and cake, unwrap presents, and take pictures! Making reservations was so painless, we booked the time, showed up 15 minutes early, were able to put some birthday streamers and balloons and set up a dessert and gift table. The afternoon ended up being so blistering hot, the girls complained the sand was unbearably hot and they were quickly getting sunburned. This was no problem for the manager, she kindly let us relocate to an indoor court which was a very comfortable temperature and a great looking facility. The girls had a blast, they loved playing in the sand. The staff was very accommodating, bringing freshly baked (surprisingly tasty!) pizzas and coolers of water and replenishing drinks, allowing the girls to use their iPods for music, and lowering the nets accordingly. They don't allow outside food except for cake, which was only a nice benefit for me. It was nice having the food prepared and brought on site. The total price for the party only amounted to $12 per kid, this included the pizza, playtime, and a complementary volleyball for the kids to all sign. My husband and I both agreed that this was a stellar deal. Quite honestly, this was the most fun, stress-free, and easy birthday party we have ever done. And, the manager was awesome, she was so accommodating and friendly and wanted to make sure everyone just had a really good time. My daughter has already said she wanted to celebrate her next birthday here again, and I am totally fine with that!
