One time I asked for Italian theme, and she made us pasta (and a bunch of other amazing food), and she made it right here in my house, so I could see how she does it (though I still can't do it myself! lol). Another time she did homemade meatballs, and another time we did a steak dinner with chocolate cake for dessert, my favorite! If we are doing an adult dinner party she always has something for my two kids to enjoy as well! And leftovers, yay! In addition to her amazing chef services she will also pair your wine / champagne / etc. with each course, so you get a chef and a sommelier! It's perfect. Her rates are very reasonable as well. Jen is our go-to for any dinner party, but don't just take my word for it, give her a try!
