What a charming ice cream spot! I was in town for my best friend's birthday (@ReservationforAmanda)…read moreand she is a HUGE ice cream fan. She had this spot on her list for a while so we were all excited to try it. First of all I love how you can see cows when you pull into the parking lot. It adds to the charm. There is plenty of parking available in their lot, so it's not hard to get a spot. Thankfully when we went there wasn't a line out the door (this may have been because it was raining). It seems like usually there is a long line. They have A LOT of ice creams to pick from. They even offer ice cream sandwiches and other dairy goodies. The stone facade and picnic benches around this spot add to its charm. I got a very yummy scoop of cookies and cream. My best friend got a chocolate scoop that she really liked. I highly recommend checking this spot out.

They have two benches out front that you can eat your ice cream on. The people who work here are incredible. They are so passionate about the ice cream they make. My friend got a peanut butter cookies and cream-like ice cream that was very heavy on the peanut butter for me. If you like peanut butter you'd like this ice cream. We also got a tamarind sorbet scoop. I really enjoyed the tamarind. The texture was reminiscent of a snow cone. I'd be interested in trying other flavors at this ice cream place.

Great selection of flavors, absolutely delicious and perfectly creamy true ice cream. It was nice enough to sit outside at a picnic table which always makes it more fun. Though the decision was tough, today I went with a scoop of 1923 which is French vanilla ice cream with chocolate chunks and a salted caramel swirl. Sooooo many great sounding flavors! Though my usual go-to flavor is their classic Cookies & Cream, I need to go back soon to try the Holy Fluffernutter!! In addition to many freshly scooped ice cream options, they also sell ice cream by the pint or half gallon, and they have other ice cream treats, artisan cheeses, and some fun merch. They have plenty of parking, as it sits next to the Fred Rust Ice Arena. You're likely to find long lines as we get further into the warm weather seasons, but we always find it worth the wait when that happens.

Here's what they did for this flavor: they mixed vanilla ice cream, salted caramel, chocolate bits and pretzel bits together. So. Damn. Good. And the pretzel bits in the ice cream are not mushy-they're still crunchy. I have no idea how they pulled it off, but they did. I got a to-go container so I could put it on a cone at home and enjoy leisurely. This ice cream and a quiet Autumn afternoon on my porch was exactly what I needed.
