The exact model was given to them and they said to bring it in and they would be able to fix it. After numerous days they instead choose to call me to say that the issue is a broken charging port despite the fact that I was already aware of this. The next day I get a call letting me know that they were unable to find replacement parts online and could not do anything about it. Despite not doing anything for me or my laptop they decided to charge $50 for the inspection which brought zero results, and when I explained this the guy simply wanted to say "well I have to pay my guys." That is not my problem and I will most likely be disputing this charge with my bank due to the fact that an inspection charge was never brought to my attention or made apparent beforehand.

DON'T DO IT! I'll…read morescream it from the rooftops to try to help people in Taft. I'll be the first to say that Spectrum is not the greatest but this is a lesser of two evils in this situation. I had a couple friends ask me about Frontier so I looked into a bit and another friend hopped on board with them and offered to be used as a test dummy for Frontier. Things went well at first when he got connected and the network was running at about the advertised speed. Now the kicker, they have their first outage. Long wait to talk to someone and find out it was because of a bad firmware update on their side that they are tracing back so the can roll it back and repair the line. 2 days later they claim it's fixed but...no internet. It's now been 8 days for my buddy without internet. Multiple calls and emails, what response is given? The support team can only write tickets and send them to dispatch, they don't have a phone number and are not allowed to call dispatch. Customers also cannot call dispatch and dispatch has sole discretion on when a technician will be sent out. 8 days, no internet, a tech was promised yesterday and today with no tech arriving and now they are saying Friday. This company is chasing their own tail, treating customers like they are nothing and openly lying. Do your self a favor and stay far far away or you'll find yourself in this same mess.

I moved to the Central coast 5 years ago, Orcutt to be precise. I've never had such bad internet reception in any of my previous locations, but when I got here, the daily frustration of unfinished work in my laptop and kids electronics lagging all the time was driving everyone crazy. My internet provider sold me their "best package" available that came with a hefty price. I just couldn't understand why after paying so much money, my connection was still so poor. I got tired of calling their tech support and all I was offered was them resetting the modem or router, I don't even know but that didn't do sh**. Well, not anymore! Matt installed (very neatly by the way) a brand new equipment. My internet is so fast that even my kids can't believe it!
