We have been working with them for over 2 years. Whenever something goes wrong with our sprinkler system or landscaping, I am unable to reach them by phone. Update so he has come and done AMAZING WORK!!! I am telling you I can clearly see down the side of our hose and walk around that side now. He dug up so much of the yard to check for leaks and fix the sprinklers but you cannot even tell like at all!!! He perfectly cut the grass and replaced it no damage to the yard! All our sprinklers are working and he walked me through the timer and how to adjust things and his recommendations on watering times. He took all the time I needed to answer questions about plants around the house and moving forward with planting other flowering items and where to best place them. He transformed our yard and flower beds !!!! There were some plants I did not want in our yard (cactuses and a pine right beside our house) but do not like to waste or kill things he actually dug them out and took them to replant / repurpose which I really appreciated! Since he finished the initial fixing and clean up he has promptly answered followed up questions I have texted him and has just been amazing ! I highly highly recommend him ! He did such a great job with our front yard that on day two while he was working on the back our neighbors came to the Fence to talk to him about caring for their yard. Please save yourself some frustration and do not use this company/person. Vidal comes off as decent and knowledgeable but all I can suggest to you is he, in my eyes is a thief. He accepted a down payment for work. He only spent a couple hours and 2 occasions at my house and only after I blew up his phone. Then he is like I broke down or had to get his lic cleared etc. Then asks for more money, has to buy another truck. He hasn't even called or text me with another story. My next move is police and court if this isn't resolved quickly. I will update good or bad but either way I'd stay clear. read more

I recently got my backyard done from a desert jungle/mess to a desert haven. Vidal came out twice for estimates and was able to stay in our budget and still give us what we wanted. He replied immediately, we discussed the job, and he gave me a fair quote. He showed up at the exact time he stated, with a hand shake, and his crew (sons I believe) and himself got right to work. Mr. Iboa and his crew did an amazing job on my front yard. He is a true artist and I realized this after looking at his portfolio of other jobs. He knew exactly what I wanted and went over and beyond working hard to get my yard transformed from grass lawn to xeriscape. He adjusted my sprinklers and upon my request had my sprinklers removed from an area in the back. My backyard grass had many brown spots; he advised on how to time my automatic sprinklers and since I changed the time my backyard lawn is green, plentiful and only one brown spot remains and that spot is now growing in. And another good thing is he works with you regarding costs. He is a true landscape professional, and I would recommend his services to anyone. read more

Quite disappointed! Hired Mr. Iboa with an agreement to service my landscape-which I gave a good review prior-however so many weeds grew into my yard this year because there was nothing put down to prevent them when he did the service. He says this happens after the rain, it didn't happen last year. Also, he was supposed to start weekly service today. I left his pay and key to my lock, and the gate unlocked so that he can enter to retrieve his pay and key, anticipating his starting service as we agreed. I texted and called him with no reply, when I called the recording stated not accepting the call. This was very disappointing because he knows I leave his pay outside while at work. Even though I have security cameras and system, anyone could've come through the unlocked gate-have been having burglaries in the area. He didn't call to cancel or anything, I hired this gentleman two times for service and this is the lack of respect that is returned. I'm glad he didn't show up because he was going to overcharge for gardening, $125/month for weekly service and the only lawn is in the backyard the front yard has rock/desert landscape-full of weeds-simply saturating the dirt with Preen-weed/root killer-prior to applying rock landscape would avoid multiple weeds growing. I'm not a gardener, and even I know that. He should've been professional and helped resolve the matter regarding the weeds especially since I had been a prior customer; and if he didn't want to provide weekly gardening service he shouldn't have offered or agreed. In these times people are so busy trying to chase the big money, they don't realize how much they can make in the long-run, treating every customer with respect (referrals, future service at other properties that are owned) he missed out on making a lot of money from me. read more

this business is a SCAM. i don't care how good they were in the past. do not waste your money and time on this SCAMMER. i signed a contract with iboa to get new sprinkler system, prepare and put new sod in my yards. as he promised he would be done within two weeks. after 6 weeks he asked more money to buy sod to put down and would be DONE. i thought it would be good to finish all the work since it take too long. he took the money and after 2 weeks he asked for donation when his member crew had passed away. my husband and i were nice enough to get him $300 to finish the job early and help him out with funeral. i was too dumb to believe him. NONE of the sprinkler system nor new sod have been done. he got all the money and disappeared with his promise write in paper. he didn't pick up the phone, his personal phone and business phone. he didn't not reply my text messages. i am going get a lawsuit with him. so if someone see this review, stay away from this Scammer even how good his deal he give you. i was dumb, and i don't want you have to go through hard what i have experienced. read more
