I have all text communications saved as evidence, and there was no formal contract signed, meaning they have no legal protections against claims of breach of trust and non-performance. I have already reported this incident to the appropriate authorities, including the Better Business Bureau, FTC, and local consumer protection agencies. If this situation is not resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to involve my child custody lawyer and explore additional legal action, including small claims court. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and operates with complete disregard for its customers' time and money. When we ordered it we requested the window in the bathroom be frosted. He said we couldn't do that. That was a lie. When they delivered it they told us we could have. The window in other areas were in wrong place. When they so called leveled it they put it on wood instead of cement. It was only about 10 inches high with no room to get under it to hook plumbing up and not near enough support under it. I had to pay someone else $2500 to come do it right.
