Don't ever deal with John at c&g.he will take your money and swear these are the parts you requested.. find a honest mechanic. I suggest you don't use this company as they will take your money and leave your car in the same shape you brought it in. Don't pay up front until you drive and test the car. Doubt they will let you test drive before taking your money. John talked to me like I was a child. Don't use this service unless you like giving your money away

After we picked up car and started driving down road, the battery light came on (because our alternator needed to be replaced). When I called them to explain what happened, they got very rude and told me that it just happens and that it's not a big deal. We had someone else run a test and confirmed that the alternator was failing and needed to be replaced. Never going back here again. They charge for work that they didn't do and they don't even attempt to make things right.
