I've been repeatedly told she doesn't have it, it was sent over to the finance company. Finance company only received an electronic copy. Well, VA is a title for title state, so I can't receive it until the dealership signs over the original or apply for a replacement. I went as far as to drop off the VSA-67 form to be filled out and offered to pay any fees associated. I JUST NEED MY TITLE!!!! Dealership, specifically the owner Nicole has stopped all communication, reads my text and ignores my calls.

Originally found a Dodge Ram listed on TrueCar. Price was right at blue book, a little over…read moremarket, but the lot was close to home so I decided to swing by the next day and see what we could do. I received an email the morning before I arrived stating that the truck was in stock and confirming the price (this was likely automated due to me adding it on TrueCar.). I purchased a carfax for the VIN out of pocket after receiving the email. looked like a typical auction vehicle imported from Canada. I went in after work, there was no Ram on the lot. I asked one of the associates, who told me the truck had been sold a week prior. Before leaving, I asked if there was anything else on the lot he'd like to show me, since I was there anyway, and he shrugged. I left. The next day I received another email from their office asking if I was "still in the market" , I explained that I didn't have a lot of confidence but I was willing to see what they had in stock. They replied that they had a red Silverado that they could "do better" on the price. Given that the only price that had been discussed was for the Ram, this implied they would beat the price of the Ram with the Silverado. I asked for a Carfax before coming back in, as I had already paid out of pocket for one already. I received a dealers history for a GMC Sierra, not a Silverado, listed for nearly double what the Ram was. I responded asking if they had sent me the wrong information, or if they were offering the Sierra at a nearly 40% discount. Crickets for about an hour. I called the dealership to clear up the confusion, and was told no Silverado existed, and that the person I had emailed with was out of the office. The GMC Sierra was what they had intended in the first email, and by "do better" they had meant "cut me a deal on the list price." They ended up trying to offer me the Sierra for $5000 more than the original Ram. I turned them down and hung up. The next morning I received another email from the original contact, offering the same Sierra at the same price. I turned them down again, and listed why, and was told the Ram was still listed because there were "financing issues" regarding the sale. The Ram is still listed online as in stock, as of a few hours ago. I'm not mad, but I won't try to do business with them any further. There no reason for the vague and misleading language and lack of communication, let alone not being able to accurately track and manage the inventory and listing for a small roadside lot. If you do try them, call ahead and confirm the vehicle you want is still there, and get hard numbers and clarified answers. Otherwise, you'll be on a treadmill for 3 days trying to get anything straight. Edited with screenshots of exchange, since I am being accused of misrepresenting it. You don't have to be pissed about something to believe consumers should be aware of poor business practices.

I have been meaning to come back and review this location for a while now. About a month or so…read moreago, I stopped in here on my way home to get new wiper blades. Of course, it was due to start snowing, and when I pulled up it was sleeting. I spoke with one of the guys at the front to figure out what size blades I needed for my car. Shawn then went and picked out the blades for me, which was great. He didn't automatically go for the most expensive brand like some car shops do , but picked something the middle range (that work GREAT btw). Then comes the problem - my rear wiper blade hadn't been replaced probably ever, and the rubber piece had completely come off. He then went outside in the freezing sleet, to try and fit not one, not two, but THREE different types/sizes of wiper blades on my car for me. I am so, so pleased with the customer service I received. I had no expectations of him putting the blades on for me, let alone trying multiple times to find something that worked for my rear windshield.

Was pre-approved through Navy Federal - they beat the rate by 0.5% The not-so-good: car was not clean (and still had all their rental stickers on it). Had less than 1/2 tank. Single remote (policy). Would pass inspection, but really needs new wiper blades. Remote had low battery. It's on me for not being more thorough with my test drive, but it's pulling left at highway speeds, likely needs an alignment. Short-staffed on weekend, spent quite a while waiting to complete purchase. My opinion: if you go in there with a plan (and car) in mind you'll do ok. If you expect to be waited on hand-and-foot it may not go so well - they're pretty busy and will go with the easy sale. Basically it was the after-sales process I had issues with. But at the end of the day I got the car I wanted at a price that was easily 10% less than anybody else in the area. So I changed the fob battery, filled the tank, will get another remote (they gave me a fob which'll save me $50ish), pulled the stickers off and will get new wipers - and still come out about $1,500 ahead. Drove 5hrs for my appointment (which I was told you needed in order to look at any vehicles on the lot) got there only to have a couple walk-ins at the same time looking at the car I traveled to purchase. They didn't honor my appointment and started both mine and the other couples purchase processes together stating whoever gets the paperwork done first gets the car. I should've left. I barely got a 2 min test drive in before being rushed to start paperwork. They wasted 3hrs of my time going through the process only to sell the car to the people that just walked in. Not only that but I stated I was doing a trade in upon arrival but had to go through that process again anyway. They low balled my trade in 2018 Jeep to $4k when they said they go off of carvanna which was estimated well over $8k for. I settled for the trade-in value only to have the vehicle I traveled 5hrs upon appointment for sold out from under me. They are completely disorganized don't know what's going on between employees and were not honest to customers when it came to needing appointments to be seen first. Shady business Just selling cars asap without care to customers who actually make appointments.

I received ZERO message from her. Only messages I got were the computer generated message about the picked up time which changed 3 times. I would get a new date either on the day of or the day before pick up. I had to reach out to Amanda to find out why the delay. 10/17, trying to put it back together. 10/23, they send her a damage hood. 10/30, Ford sent the wrong grill. She had not once contact me on her own beside the first phone call, always take multiple call for a call back. Since I was getting no where with Amanda that's when I started asking for the shop manager Jake and had my insurance company involved, my agent was surprise it had been over a month and I still hadn't gotten my car back for a front end collision. When I finally got my car back on 11/7 at 5p, it was extremely dirty plus they damaged my illuminated door sill of the passenger side. They left dirt on the dash, under the hood, the screen of my infotainment was scratched and the glove box door as well, foot print on the panel, when I express my concern during pick up, Amanda had the front desk lady told me that since I been talking to Jake I will have to speak to him, she is no longer my estimator and he had left for the day, but surprisingly he walked by right when I was about to leave. Next day I found the driver side window louver was barely hanging which I fixed myself. Now, I'm experiencing wind noise on the driver side which was not there before but they claimed is from the louver, wheel hop during turn but they said is not direct impact so no alignment check. This car is my weekend car so I never had passenger therefore the passenger side WAS practically brand new. Also, I don't understand why the front splitter supposed to be brand new but it has scratches on it same for the under body, almost like they took it out and park on top of the curb type scratches lastly the hood and the bumper doesn't align right, but some mustang has the issue with the hood bumper alignment so I'm not gonna stress that even though it wasn't like that before. While they advertise returning the car to you in the pre accident condition but Jake told me that they don't clean inside the car during the night if pick up. Keep in mind that my car is a 2024, I don't expect them to detail my car but not to return it to me with it covered in dirt. I reached out to corporate spoke to Lea Diaz, she asked me to send her photos and will call me back so I did but she never reply not even after multiple messages. I got tired of dealing with them so I had my insurance company Liberty involved once again and they took care of it in a timely manner, and they finally somewhat clean under the hood and inside the car plus replaced the door sill, Jake was supposed to go on a test drive with me to check the wind noise and wheel hop when I bought it back today for the cleaning and door sill, but he said he drove it and didn't hear it nor experience the wheel hop. I have bought other cars there before and never had the issues I am having this time. I guess management has changed?
