All I can say is Dash Lights fell upon me like a gift from the gods. I was helping plan an outdoor birthday party with the ambitious theme of a mini music festival. We had really incredible music acts booked and just needed to get the right AV setup to match the level of talent set to perform. We were referred to Dash and after checking out a few clips from his previous shows, I knew we had to book his lasers. The big question was whether we wanted two or four lasers. To save money, we kept opting for two but Dash really encouraged us to go with the four, even willing to give us a deal if we went with the four. I can tell this wasn't to upsell us, it was to give us the best bang for our buck because that's just how passionate Dash is about his job. Dash was extremely patient in explaining everything I needed and offered extra batteries to curb my anxiety about power needs. I'm lucky to have someone who seems to know so much about hospitality and patience in Dash because we really booked him at the last possible minute. On the day of the event, Dash showed up with a small crew and set up extremely fast and worked very well with the other AV guys. The set up was seemless and he by the time it got dark, the lasers absolutely spoke for themselves. Dash's lights raised the production value of our party tenfold and all the videos and photos our guests took highlighted them well. Thanks to Dash, we threw a party that no one would forget and I appreciate him being so adamant about hte four lasers as opposed to two. I stumbled across I Want Lasers when a different company backed out of my show 24 hours before the gig. I contacted Dash to see if he was available to help and WOW, just WOW. Not only did Dash take the gig but he went above and beyond on every front. Dash was great about communicating, he arrived early, brought backup batteries to ensure there were no power surprises, worked quickly and efficiently for setup and breakdown. Professionalism aside, Dash is a super nice guy that is easy to talk to and is extremely passionate about taking care of others in the entertainment industry.
