Most places overcook their brown rice, but theirs is quite firm with a beautiful nutty flavor. Unfortunately, all of their rolls have mayo hidden on the inside. To me this was a very unpleasant surprise. I prefer my sushi without mayonnaise, and it is quite strange to put it inside a fresh salmon roll as the default premade option. While I didn't like it, mayonnaise lovers will likely appreciate it.
